Ok, you got peanut butter. I made blackberry jelly today and Jalapeno raspberry jam. Who has a good whole wheat bread recipe?

Meanwhile here is some info about purchasing wheat berries.
With the right attachments a person can grind the grains into flour. Vitamix machine.
I have a vitamix I need to find the box witht he extra attachments...

I'll ask my wife. She's been baking (experimenting) home made breads weekly during the past month.

A lot of people think baking bread from scratch is difficult.  It's not.  It's really satisfying, to me anyway.  I will look in my old bread baking book for a recipe for you.

I'm glad she caught it, at least now I have more pnut butter than I'll ever want, lol, will be good for bartering too.
Definitely good. I was only trying to show this to my girl as a "collapse early indicator" and she saw the date on the video. She keeps me centered as I like seeing the drama building up to this thing.

I plan on stocking up on whiskey as a bartering item.  The peanut butter stays with me!   ;)

I guess you could live on whiskey & peanut butter!
I make artisan bread! The kids & I eat a lot of it... I can't figure if it's more or less expensive than store bought though. Sure is good with soup & homemade chili.

I think overall it is cheaper to make your own.  But I think the biggest savings would be to make it in quantity.

Augur, I've been making a large batch once a week & keep it in the fridge... Makes 5 loaves or artisan roll. I make it in the oven with a small broiler pan of water. Makes the outside nice & hard.
