Just found this...this could be a good source of Native American music...which is often pretty universal in its appeal. I am sure there are plenty of soothing sounds here,
First a sample on You Tube. This artist is found on the site below.  - Yowbarb

I heard this lovely song early in the morning. Fell asleep to Soundscapes Channel and this woke me...
Posting here just a couple of links. Paul Schwartz music in collaboration with many wonderful artists...
- Yowbarb   Here it is on you tube. I think that is Paul on piano. Lisbeth Scott wrote the song and is singing... Sounds a bit better on the album...hearing it on Soundscape. Even so, exquisite...

"Let Me"  State Of Grace II: Turning To Peace (2003)[edit]

LET ME

(Lisbeth Scott, lyrics)
 vocals: Lisbeth Scott
 piano: Paul Schwartz

 Let me be your peace
 That I may comfort
 Let me be your faith
 That all believe
 Let me be your voice
That I may sing of love

 Let me be your touch
 That I may heal
 Let me be your breath
 For all to breathe
Let me be your sun and rise
 Tenderly into a lonesome sky

 Make me your truth
 And from that brilliant light
 A thousand wings in flight
 Illuminate the night

 Make me your fire
A ring of bliss to clear
 Each solitary sigh and fear

 Let me be your touch
 That I may heal
 Let me be your breath
 For all to breathe
Let me be your sun and rise
 Tenderly caress the sky

 Make me your truth
 And from that brilliant light
 A thousand wings in flight
 Illuminate the night

 Make me your fire
A ring of bliss to clear
 Each solitary sigh and fear

 Let me be your peace
 Let me be your faith
 Let me be your love

My son posted this to me. Love it!

This may not jive with  everyone's taste but give it a chance.
I feel this is a really fun, and lively presentation. Music and video...

Feeling alive enough to dance, that's the idea for the Aftertimes... hope for the human race. ;D
It starts out with a futuristic scene then an old record is put on and presumably some old dance videos and scenes from movies are played too.  ;) - Yowbarb

Some music to share with ya all, which was shared to me on Facebook by my son Wes today. His gal friend lives in the Hamptons for the summer...an architecture apprenticeship...She is from Venezuela and some of here friends from home were in town too so it was a great night.
Son, Wes is in Manhattan recording an album... Anyway I surely enjoyed this video... :)
...

"Speaking of dancing, last night Silvia, me and some her friends out here went to a beach drum circle in the Hamptons. It draws hundreds sometimes thousands to the beach every monday night. theres about twenty or so people playing percussion and camp fires torches, glo sticks, dancing, hoola
hooping and swimming. Silvia's housemate showed up with torches and we were all getting very tribal and dancing around the fire." "I don't have any video
or pics but i found this youtube video. Its actually from last year but this was what it was like last night. Only we were going crazier haha." " if you skip to the last 5 minutes that's what it was like."  :)

For some reason these peacefull people in the Hamptons,it seams to me, like to get together and
beat on their drums at the beach. It may be true that music tames the savage beast. Hope you like
it. (Pump up the volume on the stereo)

http://www.lyricstime.com/ally-kerr-the-sore-feet-song-lyrics.html

I walked ten thousand miles, ten thousand miles to see you,
And every gasp of breath i grabbed at just to find you,
I climbed up every hills to get, to you,
I wondered ancient lands to hold, just you.

And every single step of the way, of pain,
 Every single night and day,
 I searched for you.
Through sandstorms and hazy dawns i reached for you.

I stole ten thousand pounds, ten thousand pounds to see you,
I robbed convenient stores coz i thought they'd make it easier.
I lived off rats and toads, and i starved for you.
I fought off giants bears and i killed them too.

And every single step of the way, of pain,
 Every single night and day,
 I searched for you.
Through sandstorms and hazy dawns i reached for you.
I'm tired and i'm weak, but i'm strong for you.
I wanna go home, but my love gets me through.

 Lalala....

Thank you Barb! I'm glad that you like it ;D I sing it to the boys a lot -- For me, the song illustrates that no matter how many obstacles and adversities one may face, one should try their best  for the ones they love...
