Thank you so kindly; I feel that Socrates is far more knowledgeable than I am in general, so if it's agreeable, would like to regard him as Senior Global Moderator, and I'll be his Junior. :)

Too late R.R.  :)  No Jr. status for U.
You are already promoted to Global Moderator just like the other MODS. :)
You will share the category and of course can post wherever you like.
We appreciate what you have shared already in the way of knowledge ...
Any questions, you can send me a msg. or an email, any time.
All The Best,
Barb Townsend

Congratulations, RRBook, and welcome to the cockpit.  Is that where we are?  LOL

Anyway, you have a LOT to share, and have shown such already, and as far as I'm concerned, we're all equals, meaning you're certainly no "junior" Mod!

That's easily remedied anyway; i've posted all my permi knowledge right here. Read it and you know what i know.
(Of course, for non-permi matters, there's my database which took me years to put together and upload.)

I do invite everyone to get a handle on permaculture; used to be most folks took care of their own needs and a minority lived in towns, taking advantage of the fact that the surrounding farms produced enough to supply them. Mankind needs to get back to that kind of ratio. And with farming folk walking around with modern tech and with permaculture where it is today [supplying know-how and understanding far beyond what any generation ever had at it's disposal before], it's a win-win nowadays so there's no reason to stick it out in the city anymore anyway. Of course there are endless reasons not to... (like becoming self-reliant and producing quality foods in reliable fashion [i.e. not subject to droughts and the like]).
