That's a good question Ilinda, given that events may play out over an extended period of time.  Since uncertainty in the future will be the new rule, it may be that we'll need to continue sheltering our electronics for a while.

We had the exact same experience here: strawberries in unprotected galvanized troughs (on the ground) did fine, while strawberries in raised beds, even with rich soil, appeared green when I removed their protective covers this spring, but quickly browned and looked dead.  In most cases, once I trimmed them back to the bare crown and a few inches of roots, I was able to spot a bit of green life trying to bounce back, and am sure that given time I could grow them out.  So, that winter air flowing beneath the beds must set them back.

The raised planting beds may best be left for growing annuals in the future, if winters continue to worsen.

BTW, I notice that whenever I soak brown looking crowns in a pail of water for several minutes, they often green up a bit.

Interesting method of ascertaining what you're really eating Ilinda, and when I think about it, we really don't know with absolute certainty what our food has been exposed to, do we?
We can only hope the labels are accurate and the farmers are honest.  That's why it's an excellent idea to get to know your farmer and once you dialogue with him/her you'll have a better idea.

I always dowse the milk or yogurt because so many things could go wrong when dealing with raw milk.  The farmer we buy from is truly conscientious, but even then there are so many factors involved, that it's a good idea to test for purity ("compatible with life").

And always dowse food from grocery store.  Here's an interesting tidbit.  Even though Green Giant is not advertised as organic, their veggies always seem to dowse "good".  I even wonder if they buy organic but don't bother to certify, just to avoid the red tape.  And I add I have no financial interest in Green Giant brand food and just mention this as food for thought.

Thanks for the strawberry and blueberry reminders.  Learned something this year.  Every year we fight squirrels and crows and whatever else, for the strawberries, and this year will probably be no different.

What we discovered is that for the first time in decades, we had transplanted some strawberries to a raised bed for last year's crop, and just noticed the other day that every single one of them must have died during the winter.  Not a trace of them except dead looking stems, etc.  But the plants in their original bed are already green and are obviously still alive.  Live and learn, eh?  Maybe it was the soil mix being too wimpy?

Follow-up on garden bed covers for 2018:

Have switched from black nylon mesh netting bolts for covering galvanized frames to black fiberglass mesh window screen rolls for durability and protection from the claws of squirrels and hens trying to access the beds, either to eat the produce or lay eggs there...

Cost is 75 cents per foot of 3' wide bolt.  Photo coming soon to show how it hangs.

Looking forward to seeing this protective netting, as predation seems to be such a big topic, and will eventually affect most gardeners, if not already.

The simplest Faraday cage in the world is a microwave oven.  Cut the cord off of it and throw your two-way radios and battery chargers in it and close the door, and don't worry about it.

Also a galvanized metal trash can that has foil duct tape around it (to seal the lid gap or on the whole thing?), or an unpainted metal ammo can with foil lining the insides.

One big question is always, how would you know when to unseal the Faraday cage(s)?  Do you have to repeatedly seal and unseal, moving things in and out of them when it's safe, not safe,  safe, etc.

Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.

It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.

It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release.

Years ago when I was being sued, I did a LOT of my own research to help defray legal costs, and one of the most surprising and helpful documents I received was from Australia.  I had information that a person in the company who was suing me, had spent time in a federal prison for fraud and some other crimes, and that he had done "hard labor" for his crimes, after which he was released, then moved to another country, under an alias of course.

So in my FOIA request to the authorities in Australia, (they have their own version of the law), I included a brief overview of my dilemma.  I received the documents requested, but also received a really revealing document that was not mentioned in the list of items they were sending to me.

The document in question was very helpful to my case, and I suspected the person filling the request was quite sympathetic to my side, and included it, unmentioned, among all the other items requested.

That could be what happened in the case you describe--someone sympathetic to the victims was being anonymously helpful.

Interplanetary shock wave sparks rare electric-blue auroras [Canada]

from the article:
Quote
An interplanetary shock wave hit Earth's magnetic field on April 19th around 23:50 UT. When the disturbance arrived, the density of solar wind flowing around our planet abruptly quadrupled and a crack opened in Earth's magnetic field. The resulting G2-class geomagnetic storm sparked unusual "electric blue" auroras.

(Emphasis mine.)  Wonder from which planet the shock wave came?  Does this seem like a potentially telling event that is being under-explained, or is it just a normal occurrence?  Apparently it's not just an EMP from our sun, but rather from somewhere else...
Yes, since "inter"-planetary means between planets, presumably two planets, one being Earth, now what is the other one?  We may see evidence soon on one of those researchers' youtube sites--the ones who show the magnetic fields around Earth, etc., and how it's pulled here or there, pushed here and there, etc.

But also, what caused the shock wave in the first place?  Am thinking here....a shock wave from a nuclear blast begins as the first ripple(s) begin to emanate outward, presumably after the explosion displaces whatever is in its path.    So, what is the analogy?  What recent explosion has there been?  What recent event was there which would cause a shock wave?

Could an implosion also cause a shock wave? Am stumped on this for now....

It was just shown a year or two ago that hummingbirds have been discovered to also be carnivorous.  There was an accompanying video showing them sort of "bobbing up and down", as they were grabbing whatever little insects that were unlucky that day.

And sometime in the same recent time, it was shown that even deer will eat an occasional (?mouse?).   I read it and cannot remember with absolute certainty which in the animal kingdom it was, but IIRC, was a mouse that deer will occasionally eat.

So there is a lot that we thought was written in stone, that is not, after all.

A friend of ours who has chickens described his chicken-killing technique, and it sounds less horrific than most.  No axe on stump.  He gently picks up the hen and sort of pets her and talks calmly, and at some point he uses his knife to make a small nick in her neck vessel, to allow a slow bleed.  After that, he puts her down, separate from the others, and allows her to walk around a bit before getting dizzy/woozy and pretty soon she falls over.

Another friend with chickens doesn't butcher, except when they find themselves with one or more really aggressive roosters.   They want eggs only, but when they have to, they will butcher a really mean rooster, and it might be easy to do that when the rooster is always spurring you, lunging at your, and attempting to put your eyes out.

With all the deception/coverup related to PX we have been talking about recently , I thought this would be a good topic for a thread.

Government Accidentally Releases Documents On Remote Mind-Control    :-\

Just months after the  mysterious 'brain-melting weapon' accusations in Cuba, that left several US diplomats with long-term mental damage, something very strange has popped up... from an even stranger origin.

Earlier this year, MuckRock Journa
list Curtis Waltman (who specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests)  wrote to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC) - a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government - to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups.

He received a satisfactory response to the question she had asked, but as Waltman notes, when you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time... and so he did - attached to the response was a file titled "EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside were documents like this:

As Waltman writes, what you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.
