Thanks for posting.  My best guess is that it may be the Subconscious Mind which initiates the idea to act, and then the Conscious Mind sends the message to the hand.

However if the command is something that person would not due to conflict with ethics, etc., no action would be taken.  But, importantly, it shows how a person will do anything that is commanded of them, if that command is given by someone they deem trustworthy. 

Think of doctors and their advice, dictums, etc., and commercials with their subliminal programming, as well as subtle and not-so-subtle commands, and let's not forget politicians.  The list is endless of people in positions of authority who can "command" directly, or subtly, for the population to engage in a certain behavior.  Think of all the anti-Muslim rhetoric these days.  How many of those hate campaigns are waged by people who have never even met a Muslim!
