I saw some articles that  thought deserved their own thread ..

Geoengineering, Methane Eruptions, And Imploding Arctic Ice

http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/geoengineering-methane-eruptions-and-imploding-arctic-ice/

Massive methane eruptions are pushing the planet toward Venus Syndrome. The climate engineering cabal is completely committed to chemically ice nucleating the polar regions in an unimaginably desperate and destructive attempt to cover up the unfolding methane catastrophe. For well over 70 years global powers have been consistently ramping up covert climate engineering programs that have now all but completely derailed the planet's life support systems.

Without the knowledge or consent of their populations, governments around the world colluded and collaborated on the organization and deployment of incredibly destructive climate "intervention" programs that are further fueling the catastrophic consequences of anthropogenic activity on planet Earth. Of all the forms of decimation the human race has inflicted on our formerly thriving biosphere, the ongoing geoengineering assault is mathematically the most ominous and destructive.

Earth's climate during the past 10,000 years has likely been the most stable in the history of our planet. The miraculous energy balance, previously maintained by our atmosphere, has now been completely destroyed. In an unimaginably desperate and insane attempt to hide the extent of biosphere damage (due to countless forms or human activity including climate engineering) from unsuspecting populations for as long as possible, the global power structure may have sealed our fate.

Climate engineering/intervention programs are NOT about the common good in any way, shape, or form. Rather, such hubris is about power and control, period. The planet is now reacting and responding to the damage done, the signs are ominous.

Scientists have discovered as many as 7,000 gas-filled "bubbles" expected to explode in Arctic regions of Siberia after an exercise involving field expeditions and satellite surveillance, TASS reported.

Like giant blisters on Siberian landscape, countless bulges are being pushed up from the explosive force of rapidly thawing methane deposits in the permafrost. Photo credit: The Siberian Times"

When enough pressure is built up from the heating and expanding methane, an eruption of immense force occurs.

The methane craters are alarming harbingers of immense planetary change.

Too little too late ..

ARMAGEDDON OUTTA HERE Nasa to smash spaceship into asteroid as part of emergency rehearsal mission to save mankind

Nasa and the European Space Agency to join forces in a rehearsal mission to deflect a killer space rock

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/3168651/nasa-to-smash-spaceship-into-an-asteroid-as-part-of-an-emergency-apocalyptic-space-rock-mission/

NASA and the European Space Agency want to ram into an asteroid in a bid to save humanity from a Deep Impact-style catastrophe.

They want to see whether it’s possible to deflect a space rock from its course as part of a planetary defence mission.

Fears over potentially deadly asteroids are at an all time high after the White House issued an “emergency defence plan” in the event of a collision late last year.

Esteemed British astrophysicist and cosmologist Lord Martin Rees recently warned that the government should be spending “millions” on planetary defence.

The proposed mission will use two spacecraft, one to be launched by the ESA in 2020 and the other by Nasa in 2021.

The first spaceship, dubbed AIM (for Asteroid Impact Mission) will orbit around 65803 Didymos, which was discovered in 1996.

The NASA spacecraft, called DART (Double Asteroid Redirection Test) will be timed to hit the rock a few months later, at a speed of six kilometres per second.

AIM's telescopes will monitor where stray pieces of rock end up.

The mission is to figure out whether deflection is the best defence from a stray space rock.

There's a danger that crashing into the asteroid could cause fragments to break off and potentially speed up its trajectory.

The shrapnel could  pose a risk to Earth, too. (Ya think??)

On the bright side, asteroids fly by Earth regularly and most are small enough to burn up in the atmosphere, completely unnoticed. (Just wait till this Fall!!)

Here is why Major Ed Dames has stated “there are no survival zones in California”..  :(

Scientists Warn That The Coming California Megaquake Could Plunge Large Portions Of The State Into The Ocean!

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-24/scientists-warn-coming-california-megaquake-could-plunge-large-portions-state-ocean

Over the years, many people have been shown that someday a giant earthquake will cause significant portions of California to fall into the ocean. But up until now, most scientists have disputed the idea that this could ever actually happen. Well, now all of that has changed. According to a brand new study, a megaquake along the west coast “could plunge large parts of California into the sea almost instantly”. In fact, the researchers that conducted this study say that it is almost certain to happen eventually. Of course they probably don’t believe that such an event is imminent or else they would be moving out of the state like so many other people are.

When I came across news stories about this brand new study I was absolutely astounded. Here is a short excerpt from one of them…

The Big One may be overdue to hit California, but scientists near LA have found a new risk for the area during a major earthquake.

They claim that if a major tremor hits the area, it could plunge large parts of California into the sea almost instantly.

The discovery was made after studying the Newport-Inglewood fault, which has long been believed to be one of Southern California’s danger zones.

Could you imagine what such a catastrophe would do to our nation and how many lives would be lost if that were to happen today? :-\

According to the study, a California megaquake would potentially cause some sections of southern California to suddenly drop by as much as 3 feet, and that could result in vast stretches of land “ending up at or below sea level”…

Let us hope that we have as much time as possible before anything like this actually happens. But scientists are also telling us that a tremendous amount of seismic tension has built up in southern California, and that this tension could cause a major earthquake at any time. In fact, in my recent article about why people are moving out of California, I included a quote from an ABC Los Angeles story about how researchers are warning that a major earthquake in southern California is “way overdue”…

Marshall has pointed this out many times in his various video interviews ..

Today, more than 38 million people live in the state of California, and as a population density map of the state shows, much of the population is concentrated along the coastline…

So if large sections of the California coast did end up plunging into the ocean, what would the death toll be?

Would it be in the millions?

And what would such a disaster mean for the rest of the country?

When the big Hollywood film entitled “San Andreas” came out in 2015, a lot of people mocked the idea that the things portrayed in that film could ever happen in real life. (Really??)

Earthquake scientists have been totally WRONG: Quake risk “dramatically underestimated” warns new report! (Little do thay know!!)

http://www.naturalnews.com/2017-03-28-earthquake-scientists-have-been-totally-wrong-quake-risk-dramatically-underestimated-warns-new-report.html

Current hazard models on earthquakes may be less informative than we believe. A new study published in the journal Science concludes that earthquakes may be causing more extensive damage than previously thought. Researchers of the study revealed that the massive 7.8 earthquake that struck New Zealand in November 2016 might have been the most complex earthquake rupture ever studied to date. The results challenge current knowledge on seismic activities, and may lead to the development of better, more open earthquake hazard models, researchers added.

The effects of the 2016 New Zealand earthquake

The 7.8 earthquake that hit New Zealand last year has greatly affected the country’s landscape. According to reports, Submerged rocky plateaus that were once beneath the coast bolted up from the sea floor and became a new set of reefs. This then released thousands of tons of seawater within minutes, washing away houses from their foundations.

Reports also revealed that the earthquake prompted railway lines to be dismounted from their tracks and then rerouted. Thousand of landslides were recorded. A high volume of sand, gravel and mud got deposited in the deeper parts of the Pacific Ocean, which in turn resulted in a three-meter-high tsunami that overwhelmed local coastlines.

Researchers use segmentation models to assess the effects of seismic activities such as earthquakes. Segments, as defined by researchers, are areas containing discrete, unstable faults measuring hundreds of kilometers long. These segments rupture on their own at the event of a massive earthquake, similar to that of the 2016 incident.

Marshall has talked about this Volcano on some of his video interviews ..

'High threat' Supervolcano could bring about an ice age when it erupts!

https://www.aol.com/article/news/2017/03/30/high-threat-supervolcano-could-bring-about-an-ice-age-when-it/22015678/

A long-quiet yet massive super volcano, dubbed the "Long Valley Caldera," has the potential to unleash a fiery hell across the planet, and the magma-filled mountain has a history of doing so.

Super volcano is the term used to describe volcanoes that have gradually over time built up immense amounts of magma and could wreak havoc if ejected onto the planet's surface.
And in the heart of Long Valley, California, lies just that.

Approximately 760,000 years ago, this super volcano in particular had a massive eruption on an apocalyptic scale that blanketed the United States region in molten lava and ash.

And if such were to occur again, molten rock would not only incinerate the Earth for thousands of miles, but the toxic ash spewing from the opening of the crust would temporarily block out the rays of the sun, which scientists say would cause temperatures to fall to levels not seen since the Ice Age.

"Very large eruptions are exceedingly rare on human timescales," David Shelly, research geophysicist for US Geological Survey, said to reporters. "Smaller eruptions are more frequent and can have big impacts in the local area, but limited consequences on a larger scale.

However, Shelly says that the possibility of an eruption looming "should not be ignored," as humans could be left with as little as "months" to prepare for such an episode.

Engineers: The next California earthquake could “liquefy” 235-foot-high dam and unleash 29 billion gallons of water onto Silicon Valley

Sunday, April 09, 2017 by: Vicki Batts

http://www.naturalnews.com/2017-04-09-engineers-the-next-california-earthquake-could-liquefy-235-foot-high-dam-and-unleash-29-billion-gallons-of-water-onto-silicon-valley.html

The Golden State just can’t seem to catch a break. Officials say that the Leroy Anderson Dam, near Morgan Hill, could “liquefy” in the event of an earthquake. The dam’s embankments have been deemed “seismically unstable.” Safety concerns about the dam continue to rise, especially after the Coyote Creek flooding that devastated thousands in San Jose, CA in February 2017. :o

Since 2009, the state’s Division of the Safety of Dams has had a restriction in place that limits the Anderson Dam to keeping a water level at or below 68 percent of its full capacity. CBS reported in February that the dam was at 90 percent  —  clearly, the concern about the safety of the dam is more than justified, especially after the Oroville Dam incident.

The rising water level and subsequent flooding have prompted Santa Clara Valley Water District Board of Directors Chair John Varela to send out a public letter informing area residents of the concerns surrounding the Anderson reservoir. “What would happen if a massive quake did occur? There’s a chance that the dam could be damaged, but the chance of immediate dam failure is exceedingly remote,” Varela said in the letter.

State officials from the Water District have cautioned that a 7.25 magnitude earthquake is all it would take to at least partially damage the dam. Depending on the level of collapse, a wall of water up to 35 feet high could be released and potentially flood Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Martin. The district plans on beginning a seismic retrofitting project to secure the dam, but the project will not begin until 2020. It is expected to take four years to complete — leaving a very large window of time for that earthquake in question to shake the dam and flood the area.

It’s also worth noting that the retrofitting project began in 2012, according to the Santa Clara Valley Water District website. Apparently, the risk of impending disaster is not enough to spark the wheels of bureaucracy to move faster than a snail’s pace. Breitbart reports that officials say the endeavor is still in its “design phase,” and that it will be coming with a hefty price tag, estimated at around $400 million. Residents can expect to pay for the retrofitting project via a parcel tax and increased water prices for the next 30 years. (RELATED: Keep up with the government’s latest charades at Liberty.news)

In the meantime, officials have decided to reduce the dam’s maximum water level by an additional ten feet, though whether or not that will be enough to ensure public safety is still up for debate; it’s better than nothing, but fixing the dam would clearly be preferable. As we learned with the Oroville Dam escapade, delaying repairs sets the stage for catastrophe.

Earlier this year, the Anderson Reservoir experienced its first flooding incident in over a decade. Water from the dam’s spillway began to overflow, the water level in Coyote Creek began to rise — and San Jose was left reeling from the effects. City officials were forced to order some 14,000 citizens to evacuate their homes during the mid-February flood — and shut down a portion of a major highway. Assistant City Manager David Sykes said private property damages added up to a steep $50 million, and public infrastructure damages were estimated to total up to $23 million.

Megaquake anyone...?
Take messages like the above as proof that all that seems stable really [i.e. geologically speaking] is not. Whole mountain ranges rise and fall like viscuous liquids when enough pressure is brought to bear on them. Hell, research shows that the Alps themselves [now 4000 meters high] were but 400 meter hills some 12,000 years ago...
So how is it you consider the ground you're walking on today stable...? These are questions that require answering, for they are not rhetorical.

And the type of soil, subsoil and underlying rock is important.  Mexico City, or at least parts of it, apparently sits on sand and sandstone, and is the reason for that horrendous damage in the (?1980?) quake that was only about a 6.0 on Richter, but did as much damage as an 8.0 or so, because the underlayment liquefied.  I remember reading about that right after it happened,  and that may have been the first time I heard of the process of liquefaction during an earthquake.

Take a container of wet sand and shake it and watch what happens.

All this is "ready to happen" as soon as the Flyby begins ..

28 nuclear reactors in the United States could suddenly fail due to earthquakes… most are located along the East Coast

http://www.naturalnews.com/2017-04-11-28-nuclear-reactors-in-the-united-states-could-fail-due-to-earthquakes-most-are-located-along-the-east-coast.html#

The Fukushima disaster that occurred six years ago last month continues to plague Japan and the rest of the world to this day. Heavily damaged by a massive tsunami caused by an equally destructive earthquake, radioactive problems persist without any relief in sight.

In fact, as noted by Fukushima Watch, the world’s worst nuclear disaster since the 1986 Chernobyl plant meltdown in Ukraine could get even worse if the plant’s fuel rod storage pool collapses:

…[A] former nuclear engineer, Arnie Gundersen, believes the worst is yet to come, as workers at the plant get closer to the reactors.

“As they get in [the containment vessel at Fukushima Daiichi Unit 2], they’re finding that combination of hot steam – these are not just radioactive chemicals, but it’s a toxic mix of chemicals that are going to react with the steel,” he said in an interview with the BBC. “So there’s rust and hunks of nuclear fuel lying around, and steam, and it’s raining all the time because of the condensation.

I think it’s about as close to hell as I could imagine,” he added, noting that the contamination will continue for thousands of years.

Could something like that happen in the United States? Could a massive earthquake severely damage domestic nuclear plants? That depends on who you ask. (RELATED: Media blackout over “unimaginable” radiation levels detected at Fukushima… MOX fuel melts through reactor floor… half-life of 24,000 years)

A new interactive chart created by the Union of Concerned Scientists, which is really a database of U.S. nuclear reactors and safety issues associated with them, shows a higher-than-average concentration of nuclear plants along the nation’s East Coast that are at risk of being damaged or destroyed by an earthquake.

But the Fukushima Daiichi plant was built to similar specifications. And yet they suffered major damage. Why?
An after-action report by an independent Japanese investigatory body found that the accident was entirely foreseeable – and perhaps even preventable – but the plant’s owner, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) failed to meet basic safety regulations like performing risk assessments and preparing for the containment of collateral damage. Also, the company scrimped on evacuation plans.

Study: Nearly 2 billion people rely on food grown elsewhere :(

"It seems obvious to look elsewhere when local production is not sufficient, and our analysis clearly shows that is what happens," said researcher Joseph Guillaume.

http://www.upi.com/Science_News/2017/04/13/Study-Nearly-2-billion-people-rely-on-food-grown-elsewhere/4801492112573/

April 13 (UPI) -- Almost 2 billion people now rely on imported food, new research shows.

The study, conducted by scientists at Aalto University in the Netherlands, is one of the first to analyze the connections between resource scarcity, population growth and food imports. It was published this week in the journal Earth's Future.

"Although this has been a topic of global discussion for a long time, previous research has not been able to demonstrate a clear connection between resource scarcity and food imports," postdoctoral researcher Miina Porkka said in a news release. "We performed a global analysis focusing on regions where water availability restricts production, and examined them from 1961 until 2009, evaluating the extent to which the growing population pressure was met by increasing food imports."

As populations grow, pressures on regional water and soil resources increase. When local agriculture can't keep up, populations must look elsewhere. (Really where ??)

VERY disturbing article ..

Mass Die-Offs Becoming An Earth-Wide Nightmare: “Two Thirds Of Wild Animals Wiped Out By 2020”

http://www.shtfplan.com/conspiracy-fact-and-theory/mass-die-offs-becoming-an-earth-wide-nightmare-two-thirds-of-wild-animals-wiped-out-by-2020_04192017

There are forces at work manipulating the weather, attempting to mitigate climate change and otherwise attempting to terraform the earth. Every poison imaginable, and developed in a lab, has been unleashed through various agricultural uses, experiments and veterinary treatments. Bird flu, swine flu, and mutated strains of the seasonal flu are not only affecting humans; generally they have killed large groups of animals before making human populations sick. Fukushima remains a shadow over our lives, and the lives of the creatures in the oceans. There are many questionable activities going on besides – but the full truth is that no one individual can grasp the totality of what is being attempted and carried out on a planetary scale. Too much of what is going on remains classified, and obscured by benign cover stories and PR in the media.

But the planet-wide system is being interrupted and altered. Believe it or not.

Meanwhile, the inhabitants of the planet will pay a huge price for these activities. No one in the media or positions of authority has the courage to tell the truth or connect the dots about the mass die offs – about what it is that makes birds fall out of the sky in mass, whales to beach in mass, and seals, crustaceans, pigs, or horses drop dead without any reasonable explanation. And if the animals are dropping dead, is there reason for concern that humans are next? What is really going on?

By 2020 Two-Thirds Of Wild Animals Will Have Been Wiped Out Over A 50 Year Period As Mass Die-Offs Accelerate All Over The Planet

It has been called “the long extinction”.  Our planet is in the process of dying, and as you will see below, this process of death and destruction appears to be accelerating.  According to a report that was put out by the World Wildlife Fund and the Zoological Society of London, the number of wild animals around the globe appears to be decreasing at a rate of about 2 percent a year.  2 percent may not sound like a lot to you, but over 10 years that would mean that 20 percent of all wild animals in the world would be gone.  And according to that same report, it is being projected that the total loss of wildlife during the 50 year period from 1970 to 2020 will be a staggering 67 percent…

In other words, we are watching a global slow-motion extinction event which will ultimately claim hundreds, if not thousands, of species.

And as I mentioned above, this slow-motion extinction event appears to be accelerating.

In recent years, mass die-off events have been popping up in the headlines with startling regularity.  Fish, birds and animals are dying off all over the planet in absolutely frightening numbers.  One website that tracks these things says that there have been 152 mass death events in 48 different countries so far this year.

When something happens on the other side of the world, most Americans don’t seem to care very much,

On top of all that, scientists have known for a very long time that the human race is heading for an inevitable “mutational meltdown”.  The following is an excerpt from a study that was originally published by Gerald H. McKibben and Everett C. McKibben…

If you didn’t grasp all of that, let me break it down for you very simply.

The human race is on borrowed time, and at some point our DNA will be so full of harmful mutations that we will no longer be able to continue. :-\

According to zetatalk.com, the cause, in many cases at least, is methane escaping from strata containing organic matter.  The daily wobble of the axis of rotation of the Earth throws the tectonic plates back and forth, causing squeezing, stretching, and breakage of those strata.  The daily wobble is caused by the interaction of the magnetic fields of Earth and Nibiru as the Earth rotates because the magnetic north pole is offset from the rotational north pole.

Somebody is getting ready for something…Hmmm…

What IS 'Operation Gotham Shield'? Bizarre alert claims US government will 'simulate 10,000-ton nuke blast over New York and New Jersey' next week

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-4433470/Alerts-says-Feds-simulate-nuke-blast-NYC-NJ.html

An announcement regarding a government exercise has been found on the web

Said 'Operation Gotham Shield is an 'Improvised Nuclear Detonation Incident'

Exercise is thought to be routine multi-agency and organization disaster drill

However, conspiracy theorists are warning the drill could turn into a real event

But the exercise is a standard drill to prepare officials for an actual bombing

As North Korea threatens to unleash fury on the US, conspiracy theorists claim to have found 'evidence' that suggests Americans' fears should instead be focused closer to home.

An alert has surfaced on the web describing an exercise called 'Operation Gotham Shield', which will conduct a simulation crisis by detonating a 10,000-ton nuclear bomb over the New York City/New Jersey area next week.

Agencies involved in the exercise, which is said to be a routine drill, have noted that it will simulate 'a large scale terrorist attack' – but some believe it may turn into an actual disaster.

A post entitled 'Operation Gotham Shield' appeared as a thread in a forum on Thursday by an anonymous users.

'The happening to end all happenings will take place in six days,' the user posted above an excerpt taken from a Facebook post revealing the details of the exercise.

EXERCISE - Operation Gotham Shield/Improvised Nuclear Detonation Incident - April 26, 2017 :: This is a reminder that on April 26, 2017 - HCANJ/LANJ will be participating in 'Operation Gotham Shield' in conjunction with our NJESF #8 Partners including NJDOH-PHILEP, New Jersey Medical Services Task Force, Office of the Medical Examiner, NJDHS-Disaster Terrorism Branch, Urban Area Strategic Initiative, as well as, State Office of Emergency Management, local, county and Federal Law Enforcement agencies,' reads the post.

'On Tuesday April 25th 2017, at 0800 the Gotham Shield Exercise will take place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ,' Tyson Mowry, ERHC Helicopter Emergency Response Program (HERP) Coordinator, shared in the announcement.

'This exercise will simulate a large scale terrorist attack on the NY/NJ metropolitan area with MetLife Stadium serving as a triage/collection point for victims and emergency response personnel.'

'This will be a large scale event with numerous federal, state, county and local agencies participating.'
