"If you want to try eating watermelon for weight loss, try eating nothing but watermelon in the morning. It is important to eat it by itself. If you eat it with other foods, including other fruit, you may develop an unpleasant, gassy feeling. For lunch and dinner, eat lean protein, along with other fruits and vegetables.
