Yowbarb Note: I am not sure why there are no Tornado Condition Indexes being posted lately. If they are posted I don't see them. We have a large part of the country about to have severe weather and tornadoes are likely so you would think we would see TOR:CONs posted. There is a video on this page, and a forecast.
Severe Threat From Next Storm

Meteorologist Domenica Davis has the latest on the severe storm threat incoming this week.

Looks like it is not over...I finally did find the TOR:CON info again.
Here is a 10:15 AM update from TWC:

Tornado Outbreak Hammers Gulf Coast, Severe Threat Continues Wednesday (FORECAST)

Published: Feb 24 2016 10:15 AM EST
https://weather.com/storms/severe/news/severe-weather-tornado-outbreak-south-feb23-24-2016

Excerpts: The TOR:CON (Tornado Conditions Index) for Wednesday is set at 7 out of 10 for eastern North Carolina and eastern South Carolina, according to Dr. Greg Forbes of The Weather Channel. This means there is a 70 percent chance of a tornado within 50 miles of any location in the specified areas. A swath from central South Carolina to central North Carolina and southeast Virginia has been given a TOR:CON of 6 out of 10.

In addition, SPC has issued a moderate risk for parts of eastern North Carolina and southeast Virginia Wednesday, where a couple of strong tornadoes (EF2 or higher rating) are possible. A moderate risk is the second highest of five categories on SPC's severe thunderstorm forecasts.
