Some photos of the damage from unusually high winds across Europe last week:

@ 5:43 heavy stack of intermodal shipping containers is blown over.

@ 5:50 a semi truck is blown over on a bridge in heavy traffic.

@ 6:53 a semi truck is blown apart.

@ 6:18 a large tree is blown down across the path of a woman pushing her baby in a stroller

@ 6:43 a massive Pioneer Electronics corporate sign / cell tower is blown over

@ 7:14 a group of pedestrians grab onto a signal light post to avoid being blown into oncoming traffic, and grab ahold of an elderly man to steady him.

Also too many roofs were blown off of apartment buildings to list here.

This may have been mentioned, but a woman tourist in Mexico was swept out to sea, and after about an hour, she managed to get to a sandbar about 1 mile or so away.  She had mentioned how she was only in ankle deep water and didn't expect any such rogue wave, as there had been no earlier storm.

That was a very informative link Ilinda, with shots of two opposite phenomena occurring in different spots along the coast of S. Africa: first the receding waters in a bay, and then water washing ashore in a mini-tsunami.  The story of the woman swept out to sea was sobering, as are the numerous locations experiencing "mini-tsunamis" lately.

Just think--we're probably seeing only the beginning.  In fact, two neighbor children visited the Caribbean when they were about 10 and 12 (now are 19 and 21) and they told us excitedly about a really scary "wave" that suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

They said they were just splashing and swimming in the water along the beach in rather shallow water, neither being a strong swimmer, when suddenly a huge and powerful wave came out of nowhere and carried them out quite a way from the beach.  They began screaming and flailing and eventually did get back to shore, and I remember at the time wondering just how big was the wave, and were they exaggerating, but still they seemed so anxious just re-telling it, so did believe it was a much larger than normal wave.

So, I imagine that time period, perhaps 10 years ago, "it" was only beginning, but now "it" is much worse, and the rogue waves are taller, more powerful, and last longer.  Interestingly in that one post, it said the thing that distinguishes a tsunami is that it is preceded by an earthquake of at least 7.0 Richter.   I had never heard that.  So, no matter how huge the "rogue wave", I suppose it's still a rogue wave as long as it's not preceded by such a quake.

That is an interesting semantical distinction, and as we noted about the Alaskan quake, it was preceded by "rogue waves" instead of triggering post-quake tsunami waves.  So one way or another, a tall wave could be an important seismic indicator.

Your story of the young boys caught in the wave reminded me of when we first moved to the East and visited Ocean City, Maryland where there is an amusement park on the boardwalk. It's normally a festive atmosphere there, but a young boy about the same age that you mentioned had been caught in the  undertow, and the water was being dragged for his body.  I can't even think of Ocean City now without remembering that sad incident.

Hope everyone is stocked up!

In Venezuela, "We Loot Or We Die Of Hunger”

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-01-27/venezuela-we-loot-or-we-die-hunger

While we have reported on previous incidents of looting, analysts are starting to fear that the current wave could linger amid the Venezuela’s economic freefall into a Mad-Max-like dystopia - very different from the promised-land of socialist utopian success promised by Bernie Sanders and his Latin American predecessors.

It is clear that amid desperate food shortages Venezuelans are picking up new survival skills.

Interesting that the Venezuelan dictator wants to replace their worthless currency with Bitcoin backed by petrol.

Good article!

SELCO: The Brutal Truth About Violence When the SHTF

https://www.theorganicprepper.com/selco-truth-violence-shtf/

Are you prepared for the extreme violence that is likely to come your way if the SHTF? No matter what your plan is, it’s entirely probable that at some point, you’ll be the victim of violence or have to perpetrate violence to survive. As always, Selco is our go-to guy on SHTF reality checks and this thought-provoking interview will shake you to your core.

If you don’t know Selco, he’s from Bosnia and he lived through a year in a city that was blockaded with no utilities, no deliveries of supplies, and no services. In his interviews, he shares what the scenarios the rest of us theorize about were REALLY like.  He mentioned to me recently that most folks aren’t prepared for the violence that is part and parcel of a collapse, which brings us to today’s interview.

A typical defense weapons for when guns and bows are confiscated or banned

http://bugout.news/2018-01-30-atypical-defense-weapons-for-when-guns-and-bows-are-confiscated-or-banned.html

And without guns for self-defense, how is one supposed to protect oneself?

The website Survivopedia.com published an article answering that very question, going into detail on how you can still defend yourself if firearms, for whatever reason, are not an option. Edged weapons, like knives and swords, should be one of the first weapons you consider using due to the fact that they are both highly effective and can be made from a wide variety of material, including flint, obsidian, bronze, arsenic copper-bronze, tin-bronze, and iron. As far as steel is concerned, there are three types that you might consider taking advantage of. The first is Damascus steel, which has roots that date back to the 5th century BC and produces quality blades through a process of heating, hammering, and cooling. Carbon steel is another option, which can be a good choice but will rust if exposed to air and moisture. Finally, you can look into stainless steel, which is extremely durable and comes in many grades and finishes.

Edged tools that can be used as weapons in the event that firearms are not an option include farm tools, bayonets, daggers, small knives, swords, spears, throwing stars, and axes or hatchets.

@ 23:50, Narrator comes to the topic of the the Russian Saratov Airlines plane that crashed shortly after takeoff yesterday afternoon, killing all 71 passengers and crew aboard with no clear reason given by MSM.  The young 7-year-old plane ignited in the air before crashing.  Documentation is presented suggesting that a Px body, which this narrator regards as synonymous with the PanSTARRS Comet C/2014 Q6, was passing in the same area as the plane at the time.  Immediately prior, the same comet had just crossed the perpendicular orbit of what he considers to be Nibiru (Catalina C/2013 US10), perhaps increasing the electrostatic discharge of the PanSTARRS comet that intersected with the plane a short time later.

He postulates a direct plasmatic hit this time, as opposed to the situation with the recent passenger plane in Australia which was not directly hit and was able to turn back.  See previous post here: http://planetxtownhall.com/index.php?topic=97.msg101499#msg101499

An interesting website that provides details of such incidents, in sequence of how they were documented is here: http://www.firstpost.com/world/russia-plane-crash-live-updates-saratov-airlines-flight-an-148-crashes-near-moscow-71-confirmed-dead-4346257.html
One interesting fact documented by the site is that all radio contact with the airport was lost just before the explosion, suggesting electromagnetic interference, and seemingly validating Narrator's theory.

Screenshot #1 below shows the sudden dogleg turn to the left as the plane went off-course toward the comet.  Screetshot #2 shows "Nibiru's" horizontal trajectory, the PanSTARRS comet's vertical trajectory, the point of crossing of the two comets, and then the blue dot toward the top of the diagram representing the plane at the point of intersection with the PanSTARRS comet.

Airplane crashes demonstrably attributable to electrostatic interference from Px bodies are becoming frequent enough now to warrant a separate thread.  Moving to:

https://projectcamelotportal.com/2018/02/05/simon-parkes-an-update-on-current-events/

Kerry Cassidy interviews Simon Parkes who talks about AI, Norwegians as guinea pigs with 5G, etc.  There is so much covered in this interview, and one thing which struck me was the reference to the installation of 5G system in Norway, essentially making Norwegians guinea pigs for such highly potent and dangerous "waves".  Even if some do not use cell phones, there are probably enough towers to achieve full coverage of the entire country.

Also another oddity he mentioned related to AI, when he mentioned something to the effect that all the cryptocurrencies are somehow tied to AI, and that without these crypto currencies, AI won't be as successful (in assimilating us all).

In this book by Michael Salla (where he explores the background and claims of William Tompkins) there is a couple of good chapters that discusses the series “Battlestar Galactica” and how it might be a “soft disclosure” about the dangers of “AI”, scary stuff..

The use of cell towers in that manner reminds me so much of a possibly prophetic science fiction series that I read as a kid - do you remember the White Mountains trilogy, a.k.a. The Tripods, by author John Christopher?  The three books were The White Mountains, The City of Gold and Lead, and The Pool of Fire.  It was about an invasion of earth by silver metallic beings roughly equivalent in appearance and size to cell towers, but with a few long legs like water towers (they were mobile), who imposed mind control on people as they reached adolescence by "capping" them with metal caps which acted as enforcers of the alien rule.  It's a fascinating journey about how a very few youngsters remained able to think for themselves still, and managed in the end to overthrow the controllers.

I never watched that series, but the scary AI theme reminds me of Hal 9000, Robby the Robot vs. the evil robot, and of the scariest one of all, Ed 209 from Robocop, as well as the predictive forensic AI system in Minority Report.  Methinks the End Times are partly for the purpose of thwarting such eventualities... :-X

Would you have been able to remain in the same conference room with Ed 209?  I would have blazed a path out of there so fast there would have been a trail of smoke behind me!  LOL!
