The Earth is Our Mother
« on: October 15, 2011, 01:32:49 PM »
this is a song that was sung to us by a lovely native american man, in my 5th grade class.  we participated by drumming along.  the song crosses my mind quite often and i finally thought to google/youtube search it today.  it's quite inspiring.  enjoy and be well:

THE EARTH IS OUR MOTHER - SYNGULARITY / PASCAL GREGORY and VELMA FRYE

That fifth grade experience made quite an impression.  Where'd you go to school?

haha - no, i wasn't around in the 60's - seems like it was a particularly enlightening period of time... jack kerouac stories will have to suffice!
