https://earthquake.usgs.gov/monitoring/operations/heliplot.php?virtual_network=ANSS

At 2:10 Eastern Standard Time right now, every single heliplot in the U.S. that's actively functioning is blackened to some degree.  This will change over time, but anyone who happens to catch this post today may still be able to witness this.  Global heliplots, not just those in the U.S., have also been similarly affected.

Here's a Scott C'one film explaining the cause:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5aCbQXR-is

The 7.8 quake, downgraded by USGS to a 7.6 (originally an 8.2 when first reported by the local stations), has shaken the entire earth, and falls into the correct >7.0 range to generate a tsunami, so a warning has been generated.
