Yes. USGS reports 5 quakes 3.0 mag or higher today, with several lower magnitude quakes. It isn't difficult to see how it's been escalating. I have children and grandchildren there. I asked them to leave, but you know how it is.

Masterq I know how that is...
family out there too.
Corrected my last post, it was a 4.0 and a 2.8 that were within half hour of each other.
(As you already know Masterq) not all the little quakes get posted sometimes I see them on the local area maps on UDGC.

This may be a sign Californians need to be preparing for more big quakes.
Last evening, night and early this morning, March 10th more small southern California and Baja California quakes
March 10 -  3.0 about 2 AM Pacific time at epicenter  So Cal
March 09 -  2.5 last night about 10:15 PM                So Cal

Another tool for seeing earthquake data in southern California and Baja Califoria
this page shows the data gathered at several point in the Anza monitoring system.
"The image below is a snapshot of the last 24 hours of data the ANZA network has received from network stations. The page is auto-refreshed every 150 seconds to reflect the latest data recorded."

Letting off steam would be good, except the quakes that are relieving the pressure are getiing larger and larger, which means the "steam" they are letting off is increasing proportionately. I will speak to my children again.

Masterq that is a good point.
Also best of luck in reaching your children. I need to do the same.
Recently tried to get my son out here. He has people wanting his music...
No dice so far. At least he could be better prepared....
