The approch of the Planet-X system is producing MANY strage effects!

‘It’s past unbelievable’ – Residents aggravated by Windsor hum say it’s reached its highest volume in years

June 2016 – MYSTERY HUM – The volume got cranked up on the Windsor Hum Sunday night. A Facebook page for hum haters and rumble recorders exploded as person after person said the pulses, pounding and vibrations were some of the worst in years. “It was disastrous last night,” west-end dweller Mike Provost said Monday. “It’s past unbelievable. I have never heard it like that in six years that I’ve been recording. Never have I ever heard it like that.”

Resident devoted thousands of hours to stopping mysterious ‘Windsor Hum’ that is loud ‘enough to drive you insane. Provost, a retiree whose back yard on Hillcrest Boulevard faces towards Zug Island, stressed the hum is not back. It’s always there and becomes more persistent and annoying at times, he said. Provost described it as a thunderous roar or rolling thunder that he said was reported to be felt or heard 17 kilometres away in McGregor, Amherstburg and River Canard Sunday night.

For years residents in west Windsor and nearby parts of Essex County have been complaining about a mysterious hum like a refrigerator truck running. In March there were more complaints. In 2014, a federal government study linked the hum to U.S. Steel Corp. operations on Zug Island but an exact cause couldn’t be pinpointed when the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade said it couldn’t access the U.S. site. The guess was furnace blasts. Provost worries about health impacts from the industrial noise. “They know who they are. I’m sure of that,” Provost said. “Figure out a way to muffle the noise.”

He said people started posting on Facebook at the Windsor/Essex County Hum page at 9:20 p.m. Sunday and then there was another flurry of posts Monday morning between 5:45 a.m. and 10 a.m. He’s been recording the hum continually for years and changes his tape every 24 hours, he said. He’s hoping all the information will help show politicians what the residents put up with and pinpoint a cause.

Windsor drummer Jeff Burrows, who lives in south Windsor, said he heard the long, drawn-out, low frequency hum for the first time in more than a year at 4 a.m. Monday. It woke him up. “It’s like four in the morning and I’m like uh, seriously.” He turned to Twitter to post that the hum was back. Sonya Skillings, who was the first one to take the mysterious hum to the press, said she noticed the hum more this morning as she got her kids ready for school. She said it was one of the worst rumblings in the last six years. “It’s aggravating.”

She doesn’t know if she’s hearing the hum or feeling it as it shakes her west Windsor home. She’d like to know exactly what it is and if something could be done to confine it, she said. Windsor West MP Brian Masse’s office usually hears about it when the hum is bothersome. Masse who is in Ottawa wasn’t available Monday afternoon but a message was left at the Windsor office about the number of calls or emails received recently on the hum.  –National Post

In the area of Missouri I recently moved from, I heard several loud booms over the course of a couple of years. The last one was especially loud and sounded like a meth lab exploding across the lake. Turns out, it WAS a meth lab exploding across the lake! Lol!

The other ones were never explained, however, and I also heard, from time to time, loud metallic clanking, which seemed strange to me as I was in a rural area with no industry. At the time, I thought perhaps it was some sort of farm machinery, but it sounded more like boxcars banging together maybe, but really loud and close.

I wish now I had gotten in my car and tried to track down the sounds, but at that time was unaware that other people were experiencing strange noises. My own experience is one reason I have given credence to the Planet X phenomenon.

Deep Underground Military Bases? Sonora, CA Hit by Mysterious Clockwork “BOOMS” Daily for Years & the New Explanation Makes No Sense

For years now, residents of Sonora, California have been hearing a window-shaking loud and so far officially unexplained BOOM! that always happens between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.

Inquisitr reports that the explanation floating around Sonora from a local geologist/teacher is that an Army Depot in Hawthorne, Nevada, all the way across the state and behind a mountain range which disposes of old munitions like bombs, might be what residents have been hearing.

But do they have so many old bombs to dispose of that they do it daily every single day even on weekends and holidays without fail for years? Why would Sonora, California of all locations near Hawthorne be the seemingly most affected city of all?

Besides, even people who work at the depot aren’t hearing the booms regularly (via ABC News):

On top of that, not only are they clockwork, but these have been described as deep, low booms which can almost be felt by the people who live there. In fact, a friend who lives near Sonora said that sometimes they can actually see their windows warp during the booms.

So what is it? Lots of conspiracies are, of course, floating around including aliens (as per the usual).

But one in particular sounds a lot more plausible than an old weapons depot that’s a three-hour drive from Sonora: DUMBs.

Deep underground military bases.

We all know there’s an extensive network of them which has been significantly expanded since 9/11 and the creation of Homeland Security, and we’re all just supposed to put our fingers in our ears and go “la la la” and pretend like they don’t exist.

The tunneling project is a joint venture involving the National Security Agency, CIA, FBI, MiB, Homeland Security & a few other groups that are buried in the Congressional Intelligence Committees with some weird acronyms no one really understands. Much of the info on this comes from private citizens in the county, public officials, as well as Coast to Coast with George Noory & Art Bell. These shows have given incredibly good information on the topic for the last several months, beginning in late 2003… (source)

Kinda like the CIA kept pretending Area 51 didn’t exist for decades until it was finally, quietly admitted it in 2013.

Seismic blasts, explosions and mysterious booms baffle residents of Atlanta (Georgia), Los Angeles (California), Brooklyn (New York), Harahan and River Ridge (Louisiana)

The mysterious booms and underground explosions are picking up again in the USA. Last cases: Atlanta, Brooklyn and two cities in Louisiana.

Atlanta, Georgia

Authorities are investigating an underground electrical explosion in midtown Atlanta that blew manhole covers into the air Wednesday morning at 8:04 a.m. ET.

10 large explosions came from a manhole cover and a grate. Once those explosions happened, it tripped a large transformer breaker system a few blocks from the area. That cut the power that was going to the transformers, which put the fire out and caused the explosions to stop, Stafford said.

Brooklyn, New York

Around 11:30 p.m. last night, Park Slope, Brooklyn denizens reported hearing a seismic boom, accompanied by a mysterious flash in the sky, heard even as far away as Clinton Hill.

Harahan and River Ridge, Louisiana

Something mysterious is going on in Harahan and River Ridge. People there say they’ve heard strange cannon-like sounds, and they have no idea what’s causing them.

“Sometimes it wakes up my kids,” said Roddy. “It’s usually between 8:30 and 10pm. All of a sudden it sounds like a boom, like something is dropping and something big landed on the ground.“

“They sound like thunder sometimes, but sometimes they sould like fireworks, then other times it’s hard to distinguish if it’s a firework or a gunshot,” said Carol.

People who’ve heard these loud ‘booms’ say they’re happening more often. It’s also happening in other parts of town, like in Lakeview. In 2017 though, some in Mid-City told us they experienced something similar.
