Leak Project featured holistic healing practitioner Bob Gilpatrick, who describes the consequences of ignoring the needs of the thymus gland, especially under stress.  That gland is a "messenger" which mediates the immune system, but it is easily disturbed, he says.  He explains that the thymus is the seat of the subconscious mind (or part of it) and that under hypnosis, it can be queried directly about its experiences and needs, answering through the patient.  This technique can be used to negotiate a treatment plan directly with the gland, by offering it lifestyle changes in order to persuade it to back off from over-stimulating the immune system and creating inflammation.  The same method can be used to communicate with other parts of the body.

RE the Hulda Clark program, I did the simple one month program and had no particular ups and downs. At the end of the month the main thing was I felt more alert. I did not ever do the follow up program, maintenance. It seemed to benefit me.
I think her heirs have jacked up the prices, have not checked out the site for awhile...
I do believe in the integrity of the products...

Learning stuff here...I thought the thymus was practically nonfunctional in adults, but apparently not.  This is on the short list to watch.

Now that we're in early winter, recovering from dietary indiscretions of the holidays, while flu and other germs are circulating in abundance, here's an easy little self-care ritual than can be done once a month or more often, in order to painlessly clean out the body and get the new year off to a good start:

Simply take 4 activated charcoal capsules with a glass of water and wait a while before eating, in order to allow the carbon to do its work.

It will potentially grab hold of numerous unwanted things on its way out of the digestive tract, giving your cleansing organs both a housekeeping and a rest.

Then follow up with a full-spectrum probiotic numbered in the tens of billions, or yogurt, keifer, or lacto-fermented vegies.   That fermented fruitcake starter culture doesn't count!  :P

The next stool will likely be black, which is entirely normal.
