RE: Dr. Cabot's Antibiotic Juice Recipe.
Note:
The doc said if a person has symptoms of a fatty liver and/or diabetes it is preferable to not
use much fruit in the juice. There are tips toward the end of the recipe if a person has to make
the juice a bit sweeter. A good rule is 90% vegetables, no more than 10% fruits.
Her recipe provides this basic proportion.
Cabot Note: "If garlic cannot be tolerated substitute more of the red onion."
"If you have extra juice, immediately freeze it and use asap."

Antibiotic Juice Recipe

2 large carrots

1 beetroot - with tops

spinach - 3 leaves

1 orange

2 apples

1 lemon, peeled

garlic      1-2 cloves   - OR - 1/4 red onion

ginger root -1/2" fresh

1 red horseradish
(Yowbarb Note: If you can't find such a thing use the red radishes
                                                    in your produce aisle.)

1 red or green capsicum (pepper)

Use fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, thyme, coriander, mint or oregano. Not all juicers will chop these up well enough... these are important ingredients.

If the person absolutely has to have the juice sweeter use this: A little more apple, few pieces of watermelon, or a pear.

I really need to go get some ginger and horseradish and peppers and make another batch of antibiotic juice. :)
Meanwhile the cran juice with honey, Louisiana hot sauce (cayenne) in it with diatomaceous earth is helping me.
Going to go make some now...

Note from Yowbarb:  Juices, other beverages and foods which help strengthen your liver are going to have an antibiotic efect...These liver strengthening foods help to get rid of bacteria and other things the body does not need, thereby helping the body heal itself...
