In the blurb under the youtube video, it is mentioned that possibly the object near the Sun is the moon or Venus.  It cannot be the moon because anytime the moon is visible in the same field of view as the sun, the moon is "new" or nearly so, meaning invisible to Earthlings.

It cannot be Venus as that planet would only appear to be that "close" to the Sun if it were about to pass between the Earth and Sun.  Could it be Mercury?

Interesting to say the least.  Thanks for posting this.
