Monitoring the Earth’s Magnetic Field Changes
« on: February 09, 2016, 06:25:46 PM »
Here is a GREAT site the explains the somewhat “alarming” accelerating weakening of the Earth’s Magnetic Filed and how is makes the Earth much more vulnerable to solar radiation “events”: gathers data from NASA, NOAA, the ESA, the WDC for Geomagnetism, and similarly reputable organizations.

It has several short videos that are VERY well done and well worth taking a look at.

1) The south pole has already left Antarctica and the north pole is racing across the arctic ocean.

2) “Earth’s magnetic poles are getting ready to flip.” -Mission Manager, SWARM/ESA

3) The magnetic field began weakening in 1600.

4) The magnetic field weakened 10% from the 1800s to 2000.

5) Earth’s magnetic field was weakening 5% per century, but now is weakening 5% per decade.

6) As of 2014 the magnetic field is continuing to weaken rapidly.

7) Magnetic reversals can occur in less than 100 years.

8. Magnetic reversals lead to extinction events.

9) Magnetic reversals may cause biblical floods.

Here is a good scientific article from the website detailing the potentially
catastrophic effects of the weakling Earth's Magnetic Field

Oxygen escape from the Earth during geomagnetic reversals: Implications to mass extinction

Geomagnetic field reversal substantially weakens the protection for the atmosphere.

Solar wind energizes more oxygen ions to escape when geomagnetic field is weakened.

Oxygen escape may explain the drop of atmospheric level during mass extinction.

The causal relation between reversal and mass extinction should be “many-to-one”.

The simulated oxygen escape rate based on knowledge of Mars support our hypothesis.

Former NASA Scientist Reveals Dates and Effects of 2016 Geomagnetic Earth Shift

Former NASA Scientist Explains 2016 Geomagnetic Reversal: 2 Month Period Of  Rapid Shift
It has been scientifically proven that the Earth undergoes a full geomagnetic reversal approximately every 780,000 years.

These reversals are usually slow, occurring gradually over longs spans of time.

However, at the start of the 20th century that historical pattern appears to have been radically altered.

All the nations that track this easily monitored data have validated each other’s scientific observations and data sets.  Even NOAA has presented hard data which substantiates this ongoing geomagnetic shift.

Alarming NOAA data, Rapid Pole Shift

Hence, there is no mistaking the now generally accepted fact that the magnetic poles of the Earth are not only shifting in real time, but that they are moving very quickly.

This phenomenon applies to both the North and the South Poles.  The following diagram shows the precise movements as they are transpiring at the respective poles.

Dr. Salvatore Conti Describes Earth’s Geomagnetic Reversal In 2016

Here is the most “important” portion of the video interview for those that don’t want to watch the whole thing:

Now, when the last reversal took place, which was about 780,000 years ago, there were already some early ancestors of ours, and anthropologists haven’t found evidence that it caused any major alterations on those early humans. But that last reversal was like most are, very slow over many years. The reversal, [Alphies] say is about to happen is a kind that is very fast. For all we know the process may have started already and we may be witnessing events which are related to the 2016 event. Like all these weather changes, and seismological activity. The magnetic North Pole is migrating fast toward northern Russia.

The fact is that the rate of polar migration for this next reversal will increase exponentially to a peak during the summer of 2016 when according to the [Alphies] in a period of 66 days it will amount to 124.72 degrees. That’s almost 70% of the total reversal in a little more than 2 months, something that usually takes hundreds to thousands of years. This event will be like one that’s been proven from analysis of the lava salts on Steens Mountain in Oregon. 15 million years ago a reversal took place in which the rate of change was as fast as 6 degrees per day. That’s over 3 times faster than the average drift of under 2 degrees per day, expected for June through August 2016. But this rate of change is fixed for the 66 days. The days in the middle of the period should be the ones with the fastest change.

And here’s the rub! What the [Alphies] are determining and making us know is that in 2016 the quick change in polarity will make the Van Allen Radiation Belt to drop to Earth. What does that mean? Well, the Van Allan Belt is actually made up of 2 enormous clouds of highly charged particles that exist around our planet, and which are held in our planets magnetosphere by the magnetic field. When the magnetic field becomes unstable due to the quick flip of its poles the Van Allen Belt will collapse and it’s particles will pretty much bombard the Earth with a lot of radiation. Based on what our alien friends say and from all calculations the amount of radiation that will reach the surface will be devastating. Most land based plant and animals, and those living near the surface of the sea will be killed, including an expected 75-80% human mortality rate. Those who do survive will be affected in ways we can only theorize not just physically, but physiologically and genetically.

Here is a potentially important scientific article that links massive Yellowstone super-volcano eruptions in the past to MAGNETIC effects of the Earths magnetic field :o

This is particularly  important given the alarming rate at which the Earth’s magnetic field is weakening:

"and it is just the first in an emerging record of newly discovered super-eruptions during a period of intense magmatic activity between 8 and 12 million years ago."

Ancient super-eruptions in Yellowstone Hotspot track ‘significantly larger’ than expected, research shows:

International team led by researchers from the University of Leicester report 12 giant eruptions around the Snake River Plain in the United States between 8 and 12 million years ago

A number of giant super-eruptions between 8 and 12 million years ago that could be larger than the colossal eruptions known to have taken place at Yellowstone have been identified in the United States through research led by the University of Leicester.

The international research team suggests that while the number of volcanic eruptions thought to have originated from the central Snake River Plain in Idaho, USA is less than previously believed, the 12 recorded giant eruptions were likely ‘significantly larger’ than research has previously suggested.

Dr Tom Knott, Professor Mike Branney and Dr Marc Reichow, from the University of Leicester’s Department of Geology’s Volcanology Group, conducted the research with a team of international collaborators from the University of California, Santa Cruz, USA, the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Idaho State University, USA.

Dr Knott said: “While it is well-know that Yellowstone has erupted catastrophically in recent times perhaps less widely appreciated is that these were just the latest in a protracted history of numerous catastrophic super-eruptions that have burned a track along the Snake River eastwards from Oregon to Yellowstone from 16 Ma to present.

“The size and magnitude of this newly defined eruption is as large, if not larger, than better known eruptions at Yellowstone, and it is just the first in an emerging record of newly discovered super-eruptions during a period of intense magmatic activity between 8 and 12 million years ago.”

Such “glitches” will  be come common place as the Earth’s Magnetic Field continues to weaken , soon global Internet outages as well..

Ground stop lifted, United Airlines flights set to resume
Jan. 22, 2017 9:27 PM EST

NEW YORK (AP) — United Airlines says domestic flights are on the move again after being grounded Sunday because of a computer problem.

Company spokeswoman Maddie King says the "IT issue" that initially caused the ground stop has been resolved and flights are resuming, but customers may experience additional delays. She didn't give any more details.

It was not immediately clear how many flights were affected. The ground stop lasted about 2 ½ hours.

Chicago-based United Airlines and United Express operate more than 4,500 flights a day to 339 airports across five continents.

A subject much discussed is finally making its way into the “Mainstream News”!
Its something we have been aware of and discussed for a very long time. They are telling us part of the story but not the whole truth!

The mention the fact that the earth’s magnetic field weakened by 5% from 1900-2000 but what they failed to mention is it has weakened by another 5% from 2000-2010!! The good folks from suspicious observers have documented the scientific evidence about this on the free site:

Hopefully we will be deep underground when these predicted events unfold in the near future..

Are Earth's magnetic poles about to flip? Experts warn change is 'overdue' and could cause chaos in everything from solar protection to animal's internal GPS’’
The Earth's magnetic field surrounds our planet like an invisible force field – protecting life from harmful solar radiation by deflecting charged particles away.

Far from being constant, this field is continuously changing.
Indeed, our planet's history includes at least several hundred global magnetic reversals, where north and south magnetic poles swap places.

So when's the next one happening and how will it affect life on Earth?

During a reversal the magnetic field won't be zero, but will assume a weaker and more complex form.
It may fall to 10% of the present-day strength and have magnetic poles at the equator or even the simultaneous existence of multiple 'north' and 'south' magnetic poles.

The last full reversal, the Brunhes-Matuyama, occurred around 780,000 years ago.
A temporary reversal, the Laschamp event, occurred around 41,000 years ago.
It lasted less than 1,000 years with the actual change of polarity lasting around 250 years.

n 2003, the so-called Halloween storm caused local electricity-grid blackouts in Sweden, required the rerouting of flights to avoid communication blackout and radiation risk, and disrupted satellites and communication systems.

But this storm was minor in comparison with other storms of the recent past, such as the 1859 Carrington event, which caused aurorae as far south as the Caribbean.

Several studies have tried to link past reversals with mass extinctions – suggesting some reversals and episodes of extended volcanism could be driven by a common cause.

However, there is no evidence of any impending cataclysmic volcanism and so we would only likely have to contend with the electromagnetic impact if the field does reverse relatively soon. (Seriously???)

The simple fact that we are 'overdue' for a full reversal and the fact that the Earth's field is currently decreasing at a rate of 5% per century, has led to suggestions that the field may reverse within the next 2,000 years. (Maybe the near future??)

Important Article..

Geomagnetic spike' challenges our understanding of Earth's magnetic field

The Earth has a powerful magnetic field.

The Earth's magnetic field, generated some 3,000km below our feet in the liquid iron core, threads through the whole planet and far into space - protecting life and satellites from harmful radiation from the sun. But this shielding effect is far from constant, as the field strength varies significantly in both space and time.

Over the last century, the field strength has changed relatively slowly: the biggest change is a 10% fall in the southern Atlantic, which is still a large enough effect to cause electronic problems for satellites that have passed through the region. However, new observations and modelling suggest that a much greater change strangely occurred around 1000BC in a much smaller region.

Unexpectedly high field strengths around 1000BC have also been uncovered in Turkey, China and Georgia from a variety of sources. Remarkably, the field strength in India, Egypt and Cyprus around the same time was completely normal, indicating that the spike was perhaps only 2,000km wide. Such a rapid change over such a small area marks out the geomagnetic spike as one of the most extreme variations of Earth's magnetic field ever recorded.

The spike seen in Jordan is the result of a much stronger and narrower magnetic feature that was created in Earth's liquid core. The process that generated the spike is still shrouded in mystery, though it is likely related to the flow of iron within the core, which drags around the magnetic field as it moves (currents produce magnetic fields). The core is heated from below and cooled from above, so the iron within is thought to undergo vigorous turbulent motion, similar to a strongly heated pan of water. One possibility is that the spike was drawn to the surface of Earth's core by a jet of upward moving iron.

Future impact?

Changes in Earth's magnetic field are not generally thought to have direct consequences for life, but there are potentially significant societal implications that arise from our reliance on electronic infrastructure. A variety of effects can arise from interactions between Earth's magnetic field and charged particles reaching Earth from the sun.

Youtube channel owner Blue Kool Aid explains how important it is to monitor the time stamp closely on the GOES BATSRUS magnetosphere model.

He feels that there are frequent disruptions to the continuity of the data, and questions why.

Magnetopause reversals are impossible unless there's a third magnet...meaning a large orb very close by.

You're going to see some really weird stuff, especially when all three of the magnets (sun, earth, Px?) start interacting with each other.  That's exactly what's happening in our solar system, and that's why we're having issues...
