More than 43,000 without power in Manhattan after 'major disturbance' ???

https://www.foxnews.com/us/nyc-power-outage-manhattan

A large-scale power outage in parts of New York City was reported Saturday evening, knocking out traffic lights, stalling elevators and limiting subway service.

Con Edison reported that more than 43,000 customers were without power in an area that included Midtown Manhattan and the Upper West Side. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority tweeted that there were outages at various underground stations.

Saturday marked the 42nd anniversary of the 1977 blackout, which affected much of the city for 48 hours and resulted in widespread looting, arson and other criminal activities.

It's good that you're keeping track of this and documenting it Max - someone should also add mention of the numerous other major cities and countries that have experienced blackouts recently:

Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, June 16

Zimbabwe, July 5

Dallas, Texas, June 9-12

Can anyone think of others?

This story (and what really happened) keeps unfolding ..

Partial Blackout - New York City - UPDATED WITH COVERT INTEL: This is NO accident . . .

https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/partial-blackout-new-york-city

Electric power has blacked-out on Manhattan's upper west side, and five-hundred-megawatts of energy just STOPPED.   Numerous reports of no lights or air conditioning in the area of Lincoln Center (67th & Broadway) and farther north.  UPDATED:  This was NO ACCIDENT!

The full scope of the blackout is not yet known, but New Yorkers are NOT happy given the temperature in the city right now remains in the upper 80's.   Those tenement buildings will heat up very fast.

And with all the "diversity" living there, the smell will get raunchy fast, too.

Con Edison is reporting an outage for 19,739 CUSTOMERS in Manhattan.   Bear in mind that a "customer" is not a one family home;  it could be a fifty story apartment building with five hundred families.

Now, a map from ConEd showing most (not all) of the outage)

UPDATE 7:50 PM EDT --

Now getting reports of transformer explosions and fires on 64th St at West End Avenue.

Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) saying power now failing in Midtown Manhattan; subways stuck.

Because of the ongoing power outages, there is limited subway service into Manhattan from Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

UPDATE 8:24 PM EDT --

The official COVER STORY is now falling apart.  People are looking for the explosions and fires themselves and finding . . .  NOTHING:

We should really start to worry about this ..

Electric out in Washington DC - Unknown Reason  :-[ ???

https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/electric-out-in-washington-dc-unknown-reason-again

Electricity is going off in areas of Washington, DC and power company employees are not sure why . . . Similar to the power outage which affected New York City over the weekend.

Sources report the outage is as far north as Trinidad and as far south as Stadium Armory, including Capital Hill.

They said they are not sure what exactly is causing the outage, and could not estimate when the power will turn back on. The outage map indicates they are hopeful it will be restored overnight sometime.

Developing, check back for updates.

 UPDATE 10:43 PM EDT --

All CCTV cameras operated by local city gov't and feds, OFFLINE in affected area.

All RADIATION SENSORS and Bio-Weapons Senors also OFFLINE in affected area . . .

Whether the power is being cut systematically for some unknown purpose, or is a random or natural occurrence (due to astrophysical cycles?), it's happening at the hottest part of summer on the East Coast.  One wonders about deaths of the elderly who may be shut inside of a building without air circulation...

Rumors on the Internet are saying that power is being cut to facilitate raids to apprehend cabal members.  (Deep State, Illuminati, pedophiles, etc.  including the Clinton's property.)

Also,  From ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for July 31, 2019  updated 16/Jul/19,  at http://www.zetatalk.com/ning/31jy2019.htm
" Con Ed is having a hard time explaining the 5 hour blackout that afflicted Manhattan as it was not due to any failure in their equipment, though this was the eventual and inevitable excuse. This blackout was done deliberately by the Council of Worlds, in concert with a number of other steps taken recently, to show the elite that they are no longer in charge of human affairs on Planet Earth. Was there some connection to a similar blackout in 1977? For contrast, yes, as the 1977 blackout resulted in riots and chaos. This time there was calm, demonstrating that the public is spiritually ready to face what the coming Pole Shift will bring. "

Yes, as a whole we are better prepared than 40 years ago.  Many of us have experienced major transformation in that time.

This is becoming more and more widespread ..

Update: Power might not come back on Downtown during hottest day of the year

https://madison.com/wsj/news/local/thousands-without-power-downtown-following-explosion-fires-at-mge-transmission/article_89ebfcd0-8a8c-5278-91bc-988ef36fd8ba.html

"Make plans for overnight in case the outage continues," said Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway at a press conference called to give updates on the massive explosion and fire at a Madison Gas and Electric and American Transmission Co. substation on the Near East SIde.

"Our top priority in the city is making sure vulnerable populations are taken care of, and critical infrastructure is operating," the mayor said.

The transformer explosion and fire Friday morning at Madison Gas and Electric's main power center on the near East Side shut down the area as crews responded to the scene.

MGE President and CEO Jeffrey Keebler said at the press conference that it wasn't known what came first during the main incident, the fire or the explosion.

"We had to turn off the equipment at the substation to fight the fire," Keebler said. "We are doing a damage assessment now."

Madison Fire Chief Steve Davis said it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get the substation de-energized, then 5 to 10 minutes to put the fire out with the foam.

Keebler said the fire at the second location was in a substation owned by ATC, but it was unclear if the first fire caused the second fire.

Thousands in Brooklyn still in dark as New York City deals with another power outage  ???

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2019/07/22/new-york-city-power-outage-con-edison-restoring-power-brooklyn/1792877001/

Thousands were without power in parts of Brooklyn on Monday morning as New York dealt with another blackout and intense summer weather.

Con Edison said that about half of the 33,000 customers in Brooklyn saw power restored Monday morning. Scattered outages kept more than 50,000 customers in the dark throughout parts of the city and Westchester County late Sunday.

Just after 5 a.m., the electric company said more than 30,000 customers had seen their power restored and that the remaining 21,500 would have it back by Monday afternoon.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo slammed the electric company Sunday and said he was deploying state police, generators and light towers to assist.

"We have been through this situation with Con Ed time and again, and they should have been better prepared – period," Cuomo said in a statement. "This was not a natural disaster; there is no excuse for what has happened in Brooklyn.”

This is definatley  a new kind of “warfare” taken to a whole new level of sophistication ..

"Electromagnetic Attack" Sparks Massive Blackouts Across Venezuela!!

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-07-22/electromagnetic-attack-sparks-massive-blackouts-across-venezuela-breaking-report

Widespread power blackouts were first reported on Monday evening across 15 Venezuelan states and Caracas, as per a report from Reuters Caracas newsroom.

Venezuelan information minister Jorge Rodrigues said an "electromagnetic attack caused the nationwide blackout" and power companies along with government officials, are in the process of restoring the nation's power grid.

Back in March, the country experienced the most damaging rolling blackout in decades that brought the country, already devastated by an economic crisis, even closer to outright collapse.

"It terrifies me to think we are facing a national blackout again," said Maria Luisa Rivero, a 45-year-old business owner from the city of Valencia, in the central state of Carabobo.

"The first thing I did was run to freeze my food so that it does not go bad like it did like the last time in March. It costs a lot to buy food just to lose it," she said.

Wide spread blackout in Venezuela: States affected by the power failure: - Capital District, Anzoátegui, Aragua, Carabobo, Cojedes, Falcón, Guárico, Lara, Mérida, Miranda, Monagas, Táchira, Sucre, Vargas, Yaracuy, Zulia https://t.co/OAOOFyGl4g via @gabyarellanoVE #Venezuela pic.twitter.com/UkMxLKDUFJ
    — Liveuamap World (@lumworld) July 22, 2019

Netblocks, a civil society group observing internet traffic around the world, sent out several alerts via Twitter starting around 5:45 pm est. about widespread power loss across Venezuela that disrupted the country's internet.

The group said even state television, a key source of government propaganda, was brought offline.

Netblocks tweeted a photo of internet outage broken down by region:

Urgent: Nationwide power outage detected across #Venezuela; real-time network data shows drop in national connectivity to just 6%; incident ongoing #SinLuz #Apagon #22Jul #ApagónEnVenezuelahttps://t.co/YoUArNw6KQ pic.twitter.com/A6vGNDfnpm
    — NetBlocks.org (@netblocks) July 22, 2019

The latest disruption comes a little more than four months after widespread blackouts crippled the country for about one week in March.

As of Monday evening, most of Venezuela's 23 states have no internet connectivity.

Or is the war narrative concocted to explain away electromagnetic interference from Px bodies, extra-solar-system / extra-galactic energy pulses, and/or GSM solar antics?

This is becoming more and more common …

A HUGE power cut brought chaos across the UK with trains, Tubes and traffic lights cutting out and a million people left without electricity.

Britain was plunged into darkness at rush hour with large parts of London, the South East, Liverpool, Glasgow, Wales, Gloucestershire and Manchester all without power.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9691385/power-cut-uk-trains-tubes-power-lights-outage/

Nearly a million people faced blackouts after two National Grid generators spectacularly failed leaving airports, train lines and Tube stations in turmoil.

Western Power Distrubiton, which serves the Midlands, South West and Wales said 500,000 people were affected, while Northern Powergrid, which serves Yorkshire and the North East, said 110,000 of its customers lost power. Electricity North West said a further 26,000 customers were affected.

The National Grid confirmed the system had been "restored" but energy watchdog Ofgem has called for an "urgent detailed report" so it can investigate.

A spokesperson said: "In any incident the priority is to get power restored to customers as quickly as possible. National Grid has now informed Ofgem that the system has been restored.

"However, Ofgem understands the frustration this power cut has caused consumers. Ofgem has asked for an urgent detailed report from National Grid so we can understand what went wrong and decide what further steps need to be taken. This could include enforcement action."

Londoners described "apocalyptic" scenes this afternoon after the country was plunged into blackness at around 5pm.  ???

Commuter Harriet Jackson said: "All the traffic lights were down, but there were no police present, which meant it was dangerous to cross - cars weren't stopping either.

"It was like witnessing something out of an apocalyptic film.

"No one knew what was going on and, given it's a Friday afternoon, it's the last thing you want to encounter."

Train services in and out of London, including Thameslink, Southern and Gatwick Express were also disrupted, with passengers facing lengthy delays and cancellations.

All services out of London King's Cross were cancelled while cops have been scrambled to deal with the fall-out.

Hundreds of people were refused entry into the station that was packed to the brim with stranded commuters inside.

Euston Station was also evacuated at the height of rush-hour.

Newcastle Airport suffered a blackout with travellers forced to use phone torches to find their way around the terminal.

Max, I don't know about you, but I'm beginning to make a list of places where I wouldn't want to be trapped during an extended power outage, such as in an elevator!  'Course, I don't usually have a reason to be any place that has subways, elevators, etc.  :-X
