Jim, Do you have a link to a list of signators to GESARA?

No, sorry.  Intel is fluid.  Deadlines have come and gone.   https://operationdisclosure1.blogspot.com/  reports  on that topic frequently.

Per Jim's Daily Headlines thread dated yesterday, Tropical Cyclone Kenneth has devastated the nation of Mozambique, destroying thousands of homes, wiping out entire villages and displacing nearly 20,000 out of 30,000 evacuees.  This comes right on the heels of Cyclone Idai's havoc in the region.  Communication is spotty right now.  Keeping them in thoughts and prayers.

Per Jim's "Daily News Headlines" thread post yesterday regarding the severity of flooding in Paraguay, am including that country on the prayer list.  Jim's linked article cites more than 12,000 families displaced:

https://www.sott.net/article/413522-Floods-in-Paraguays-capital-leads-to-evacuation-of-more-than-11000-families

Zetatalk has virtually nothing to say about Paraguay.

Wikipedia describes the landlocked country as "the heart of South America," adding that it has frequently been at the top of various charts of the world's happiest places in modern times, though the indigenous population endured a form of slavery under Spanish rule during the colonial period.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Encomienda

While one might think of the Spanish conquistadors as being in sync with Catholicism, this Wiki article titled "Jesuit Reduction" details historic tensions between Spanish Colonial PTB in Paraguay and the Jesuits who created missions there for indigenous populations, portraying the Jesuits in a favorable light for their attempt to create an independent nation for native Paraguayans apart from Spanish rule:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesuit_reduction

As with attempts elsewhere to Christianize indigenous people, the resulting faith in Paraguay became a unique syncretic blend of Catholicism and tribal beliefs, which the vast majority in that country continue to practice.

Paraguay is divided by the Paraguay River into agrarian eastern settlements influenced by the Jesuits and nomadic western settlements which opposed both Spanish and Jesuit interference in their way of life.

The mountains are located down in the boot of Paraguay.

This climate map shows eastern Paraguay as being the more habitable portion of the country, consisting of foothills of the Brazilian Plateau:

The highest point in Paraguay is the peak of Mt. San Rafael in the southeastern corner of the country, reaching to a little under 2,800' in elevation.  The next-highest peak, Cerro Pero, is only a few feet less in elevation but much more climbable.  Located in Guaira "Department" or county, it is home to an abandoned military base.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guair%C3%A1_Department

View of rainstorm from Mt. Cerro Pero, also known as Cerro Tres Kandu.  Note the fertile farmland below.

May those in Paraguay who are in awareness migrate toward the southeastern mountains of the country, away from the flooding at lower elevations and violence between nomadic tribes to the west, toward the productive settled farmland inhabited by peaceful indigenous tribes.  May the safety of the interior of South America, free from volcanoes, permit the ancient Guarani people of Paraguay, and those finding shelter among them, to carry on a thriving culture in the Aftertime.

Jim recently linked an article on his "Daily Headlines" thread alerting us that around  2,500 people had been displaced by flooding in Tanzania:

https://watchers.news/2019/05/23/severe-floods-kill-5-leave-crop-damage-and-thousands-homeless-tanzania/

Crops have been inundated, and additional heavy rains are forecast for that region.

ZetaTalk advises that those in awareness take shelter in the interior highlands prior to the pole shift, and then take advantage of an anticipated abundance of food in the ocean afterward.

Tanzania is centrally located on the east coast of Africa, on the Indian Ocean.  It's boundaries include a chain of islands called the Tanzanian Archipelago.

Within the nation's borders is the semi-autonomous region of Zanzibar, which was once under the control of Arab slave traders.  The majority of the population of Zanzibar were slaves under that system.

Having been first under German colonial governance and later under joint control of Britain, Belgium and Portugal, Tanzania became an independent constitutional republic in 1963, with some Socialistic elements such as nationalized banking.  In the 1980's, the nation went through a period of decentralizing its government and fostering more local control.

Tanzania is regionally influential, represented on numerous trade and diplomatic councils and having helped to successfully negotiate a lasting peace treaty between warring tribes in Burundi, as noted previously:
https://planetxtownhall.com/index.php/topic,6908.msg105014.html#msg105014

The nation had heavily supported the Allies in WWII with its agricultural production, leading to food scarcity and price inflation for its own people, according to Wikipedia:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanzania

Here is a climate map of Tanzania.  Note the tropical rainforest pocket away from the coastline, as well as the broad temperate band across the middle of the country, suitable for agricultural production:

Tanzania has the highest peak in Africa, Mt. Kilamanjaro.  The temperate district of Kilamandscharo has the greatest elevation above sea level.  Mountains are also located in adjacent districts.

The majority of the Tanzanian people are subsistence farmers who are unconnected to a public electrical grid, but have access to solar power.  Recently, an abundance of natural gas was discovered in the Archipelago, which is being directed mostly to the creation of electricity.

Farmers in that country have little access to credit for modernization, but conversely, are not in debt either.  In fact, it is the isolation of Tanzania from global markets, along with strong gold production, that have helped to cushion the country from global economic crises, per Wikipedia.

May the aware in Tanzania migrate toward the northeastern mountains, surrounded by a protected wilderness buffer, and join with others in subsistence and community farming.  May Tanzania be a beacon in the Aftertime of undebased money and decentralized governance, appropriate to an ascended, free people.

On Thursday, Jim included a report on flooding in Libya which has displaced 2,500 people and affected 20,000 in total:
https://watchers.news/2019/06/06/major-floods-hit-libya-severe-damage-reported-4-people-killed-and-2-500-displaced/

The affected areas are without water and electricity,
and raw sewage is overflowing into the streets.

ZetaTalk feels that Libya will remain a desert though, which is expected to protect its citizens from being mobbed by migrant populations in the Aftertime:
http://www.zetatalk.com/info/tinfx284.htm

Libya is centrally located at the top of Africa,
on the southern shore of the Mediterranean Sea.

Wikipedia explains that Libya was an early Germanic center of Christianity under Spanish rule until the Ottoman Empire overtook the region.  This was followed by governance under Italy in the first half of the 20th Century, until Libya gained its independence as a kingdom.  In present time it is an Islamic Republic represented on the United Nations.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libya

Libya was once referred to by its capital name of "Tripoli,"
as shown on this map of the Ottoman Empire.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ottoman_Empire

Perhaps the most ancient people of Libya are the Berbers, who comprise 10% of the population today.  They call themselves a word that means "Free Men."  Their culture has recently made a come-back after having long been suppressed in Arab society.

In Libya's Berber culture, young men wear an indigo veil when they reach age 25.
Teatime is a cultural highlight.

Here is the Berber script.  The symbol for "Z" at the end of their alphabet
is also the peace sign (lower right):

Though most of Libya is one of the driest places on earth, the green Nafusa mountains in the northwest are home to the Berber people.  They rise to around 2,500' above sea level.

May awake-minded people in Libya consider moving toward the mountains in the northwestern portion of that country.  May they learn both survival skills and community cohesiveness from the Berber culture which has stood for millennia, largely aloof from numerous wars and regime changes in the desert at a distance below.
