Kostelac explains @ around 13:00 in the film linked below that the ongoing orbital pattern of the two Catalina comets which he believes to be Nemesis and Nibiru, moving in diametric opposition to one another on the circular pathway centered over CERN, are placing certain areas at a continuous risk of quakes, which will be heightened in the coming week.
Those points on the circle which need to be on alert are the North Pole, North Sea, Azores, the Canary Islands, Northern Africa, Madagascar, the Gulf of Aden, Iran, Turkistan, the Middle East, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Sweden, and Norway. Iran is especially being hit with a barrage of mid-range quakes, ranging from about 3.5-5.8, at present. The Gulf of Aden received a 6.4 magnitude quake a few days ago. North America is only slightly overlapped by the orbital circle, including eastern Canada and Portland, Maine.
Kostelac expresses concern that today, July 23, the moon is entering a phase that will further heighten seismicity. He gives the highest warnings to Turkey, Iran, Greece and Italy to be on the alert.
