Here are Tyler Durden's predictions from Zero Hedge for 2019.

He expects one of the following three scenarios to take place:

1. Global Depression:
* A more than 50% depreciation of assets

*A contraction of credit

*Disruptions to global trade

*Drastic reduction in GDP of between 10-25%

*Skyrocketing unemployment

*Inability of governments to turn it around

*Inability of central banks to turn it around

*Some governments defaultiing

2. Systemic Meltdown:

*Trust between trading partners evaporates

*Banks crashing due to uncertainty about the value of the collateral on their balance sheets

*Banks further crashing due to massive loan losses

*Inability of anyone to intervene

*Rather than just a credit contraction as in scenario #1 above, there would be a total cessation of all credit, including loans and credit cards.

*ATM's no longer functioning

*Global GDP would fall by 20-40%

*Modern society would cease to exist

3. The Fairy Tale:

*Durden doesn't think this scenario is possible, but just for the sake of argument, maybe -

*Massive liquidity could be injected into the banking system by central banks

*Central banks would be forced to purchase $400 trillion of risky assets

*That means central banks would need to somehow expand their cash balances five-fold

*These purchased risky assets would then fail

*Central banks would then need to print even more money to cover the failed risky assets, to the tune of tens of trillions of dollars (the total world GDP is only $75 trillion, or 7 tens of trillions)

*Widespread corporate bankruptcies

*Nowhere for all those trillions of dollars to be spent, as reduction in GDP means a log-jam in production of goods for purchase

*Hyperinflation of both money and assets

*Absorption of the commercial banking system by governments under a type of socialism

*Aversion to risk-taking in the marketplace, so inertia of development

Tyler believes that scenario #3 is totally impossible, leaving either #1 or #2.  On a slightly positive note, he concludes that once the system bottoms out, it will begin to recover, though with much pain.  We need to prepare now, he advises.

Secret Money for Private Armies – Catherine Austin Fitts

https://beforeitsnews.com/v3/opinion-conservative/2019/3424826.html

Investment advisor and former Assistant Secretary of Housing Catherine Austin Fitts says it looks like a “global recession is coming.”

Is that going to cause the debt reset we’ve been hearing about for years?

Fitts says, “Make no mistake about it, there is no reason for the federal government to default or monkey with any debt because they can literally print the currency.

The question is how do they make sure whatever they are printing really holds any kind of store of value. I think the reason you are seeing them reengineer the federal bureaucracy and financial transactions infrastructure is because they want much greater and tighter control to do whatever they do, and that includes to continue to debase the currency. They could do this (reset) entirely by debasing the currency. . . .

What we are watching . . . is essentially a coup. We had a financial coup, and now we are watching a legal coup to consolidate that financial coup. I would keep my eye on the fundamental governance structure of the U.S. The important thing is not what they do.

The important thing is who controls no matter what they do. Now, we have created a mechanism for them to control entirely in secret and create policies entirely in secret, including around the back of a U.S. President. . . . It’s pirating by the ‘just do it’ method. I said to someone the other day, what is it about secret money for secret private armies that you don ‘t understand?”

$21 trillion in “missing money” at the DOD and HUD that was discovered by Dr. Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts in 2017 has now become a national security issue.

The federal government is not talking or answering questions, even though the DOD recently failed its first ever audit. Fitts says, “This is basically an open running bailout.

Under this structure, you can transfer assets out of the federal government into private ownership, and nobody will know and nobody can stop it.

There is no oversight whatsoever. You can’t even know who is doing it. I’m telling you they just took the United States government, they just changed the governance model by accounting policy to a fascist government. If you are an investor, you don’t know who owns those assets, and there is no evidence that you do. . . .

If the law says you have to produce audited financial statements and you refuse to do so for 20 years, and then when somebody calls you on it, you proceed to change the accounting laws that say you can now run secret books for all the agencies and over 100 related entities.”

In closing, Fitts says, “We cannot sit around and passively depend on a guy we elected President. The President cannot fix this. We need to fix this. . . .

This is Main Street versus Wall Street. This is honest books versus dirty books. If you want the United States in 10 years to resemble anything what it looked like 20 years ago, you are going to have to do it, and there is no one else who can do it. You have to first get the intelligence to know what is happening.”

Well, that was the plan of the Dark Cabal including Deep State in many, if not most, countries, plus the malign "galactics" that have even more sinister intentions.  But, the Earth Alliance, including the military "white hats" in many, if not most, countries, plus benign "galactics" that are assisting, are fighting civil and space wars against them.  E.g, "draining the swamp", plus much more.

And, how do PX flyby, Grand Solar Minimum, and Ascension affect the situation?  All those processes are interacting.  The prognosis is actually good for all service-to-other humans, which does not include Dark Cabal members and their collaborators.  So cheer up and prepare physically and non-physically.

Meaning that there might be surreptitious efforts to dismantle our Constitutional republic?  I guess some back doors to accomplish that might be:

*"State of Emergency" declarations

*Presidential executive orders

*Fiat technocracy (such as 5G without public hearings)

*Gerrymandering

*Transfer of duties from appropriate DOD branches to private security firms

*Private NGO councils, commissions, and other national advisory groups comprised exclusively of special interests

*Lax campaign funding limits and disclosure

*Hasty bill / amendment passage at midnight before a Congressional recess
(When they bring their jammies and toothbrushes to the Hill for a quiet marathon session with 49% of the legislature vacated)

Investment advisor Lynette Zang is now pinpointing the U.S. economic crash date for February 26, 2019.

She warns everyone to have cash on hand out of the banks for the event, as she feels that it will be suddenly sprung on the American people without warning.

She feels that crypto currencies are a trap, and that the banks have full control of it, unbeknownst to holders.

Quote
What if the government put that out there, and then used their brilliant perception management (they've got lots of practice at this) to make you think that it's outside of the system, when in reality it is the system that they want you to adopt?

Lynette urges that more concern be placed by individuals on preserving their ability to acquire basic necessities such as food and water, rather than on preserving investments which might lose their ability to be cashed in to purchase necessities.

A good investment, she advises, for what is about to happen is a kitchen garden.  Food and medicine will be the two categories most needed, and the lack of those will cause depopulation.

She feels that the central banks are attempting to remove people's concept of money as being anything physical which can be spent outside of their oversight and control.  They also do not want us to have savings, but to consume as much of what we earn as possible.

Quote
There is no way on God's green earth that the banks are going to give up control.

https://www.theorganicprepper.com/bare-shelves/

Why Are We Seeing So Many Bare Shelves at Grocery Stores Across the Country?

Over the past few months, my husband and I have kept an eye on the store shelves in our area. We don’t shop daily or even weekly, but the trend of increasingly bare shelves has been incredibly disturbing. This made me curious as to what others have been experiencing. As a member of various online prepping communities, I see a lot of conversations and concerns, but one thing that has stood out to me is the amazing number of people chiming in to report sparse or bare shelves or just not being able to find a specific item they like.

We visited many different stores.

Over several months we visited various regional and national grocery stores, drug stores, and dollar store chains.

You may be able to guess where these pictures come from but I am not going to mention store names because I fear that by doing so I will contribute to a damaged reputation for these stores. I don’t want to affect the financial well being of the hardworking families that rely on their employment with these stores.

Convenience and canned goods

Non-rechargeable batteries. AA and AAA sizes were the ones missing most often

Large packs of toilet paper and paper towels

I have spoken to various people that work in retail. I have omitted names to protect the privacy of those that were kind enough to share their experiences with me so I could bring this information to you so you may be better prepared for items being short.

Here’s what a long time hourly worker at a major big box store had to say:

“I’ve worked all over in the store. Things have been weird the last two years here. We are carrying much more prep related items. Freeze dried food, 20lb bags of rice and flour, 25lb bags of sugar, bulk displays of peanut butter and canned chicken, big displays of canning jars, lids and five-gallon pails. The store never carried these items five years ago.

We even remodeled the store to accommodate these large bags etc.

Produce has been bad in the last year.

The home office is consistently trying to find new suppliers for produce. I’ve seen the emails myself.

We are out of many items that I feel we shouldn’t be. Pasta is one; we are constantly running out of pasta. This makes me think there are some shortages of semolina wheat, but I have no proof.

We are always just on the verge of running out of canned goods and other grocery items. If we didn’t get trucks six days a week, the store would be out in 48 hours. Things like toilet paper also run very low. There have been several RX’s that I couldn’t even get refilled. Ciprofloxacin, Prednisone, and Losartan to be exact. I hear customers complaining that they have to wait a couple days for their RX’s to come in. So yes I believe something is up, but that’s all I know. I hope this info helps you.”

What a telling article Max.

Interesting that she grasps part of the rationale, but not the full breadth of circumstances bringing this situation about.

I've been seeing grocery shelves that are bare to a greater extent than she has photographed, but not at the farm co-ops, which are tucked away in quiet little rural neighborhoods.  I can visit several of them on a 9 mile stretch of road if I veer off a couple of blocks every mile or so.  Those farms that sell non-food items sometimes don't even hang out a sign; their customers just know to go to a certain farmhouse, because that family has served that purpose in the community for generations.

When some of the co-ops become well known however, they may be inundated with buyers from New York restaurants, who find the value compensates for the long trip down here.  One learns which stores haven't been "discovered" yet and gravitates there.

Those who don't have such networks have other options.

Meat is becoming scarce in the medium-sized grocery store nearest here, but I can get local organic meats from a wholesaler who will deliver to my door at no extra cost, custom cut to my specifications, if I am willing to purchase 10 pounds or more and wait a few days.  The cost is less than it would be at a Walmart.

The article mentioned that fresh produce was becoming scarce, and my observations concur.  Those who don't garden can sign up with a local farm to receive periodic boxes of freshly picked crops, and always be eating what's in season.

One can "root cellar" potatoes, onions, tart apples, cabbages, winter squash, and more for months at a time.

One can grow an indoor window box of greens, even in the dead of winter.

Even those who don't have a garden in summer can buy whatever produce is at its peak and can, freeze or dehydrate it for cold weather eating.

We need to get into the rhythmic habit of mind that is always preparing for the next winter even when it's warm outside, and that will also help us to be ready for other types of survival situations.

Farm co-ops often do their own generic bulk packaging on site.

Reading that even Walmart is stocking bulk and larger size items is really a surprise, so maybe the undercurrent of awareness has spread farther and wider than some of us realized.

Lucky you, RR, to live in an area where the local and almost hidden co-ops exist.

It could be a good model for the Aftertime:

Imagine farms, micro-farms and home gardeners bringing their variety together every square mile or two...

It could be done daily, weekly or monthly.

People could sit around with their musical instruments and jam, the way they used to do at a local Mennonite grocery store here before the old musicians passed away.

Hope everyone has stocked iodine or iodide...

Mary Greeley earlier today reported a similar prediction allegedly made by the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth, of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which shares a jointly owned satellite with the U.K. for the purpose of studying radon escaping from the inner earth to the upper atmosphere, an indicator of supposedly imminent quakes.

The prediction focused upon the West Coast of North America, and the date of March 20.

However, every hyperlink to original documents on her source's website, Principia-Scientific.org, was redirected to blatant click-bait, so I chose not to pursue doing a post on it this morning.
