USGS and EMSC do not agree. Reporting data from both.
Earthquake totals in last 24 hours according to:

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/
22 'quakes of magnitude >2.4 ⋅ Total mags = 79.6 ⋅ Avg mag = 3.62 (*)

http://www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/?filter=yes
92 'quakes of magnitude >2.4 ⋅ Total mags = 316.5 ⋅ Avg mag = 3.44

(*) magnitude >2.4 in USA, and >4.4 elsewhere. (>2.4 worldwide not available).
USGS has 6 'quakes of mag. >4.4, and EMSC has 8.
------------------------

Three strongest 'quakes from either site:
* Mag. 5.3  off the coast of central Chile (USGS. EMSC: absent - no excuse).
* Mag. 5.2  SW of Guam (both sites).
* Mag. 5.1  off the west coast south of Indonesia (both sites).

Largest groups of multiple 'quakes from either site:
*  23  in SW Mexico; inland and offshore of the west coast mid-south and south, and south central (EMSC.  USGS: 1).  max mag. 4.6
*  14  in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic combined regions; east (PR), middle, and west (DR + Haiti) (EMSC: 11.  USGS: 5.  Duplicates: 2).  max mag. 3.5
*  10  in Albania; on and off the coast mid-north (EMSC.  USGS: 1).  max mag. 4.5
*  8  in Turkey; west incl. nearby islands, central, and east (EMSC.  USGS: 1).  max mag. 4.4
*  6  in Indonesia (mid-east, central, and west):  mid-east north and nearby south of Philippines, and mid-south;  central on south coast;  and west off west coast south (EMSC.  USGS: 2 incl. M4.2).  max mag. 5.1
*  5  in Chile; north to central (EMSC: 4.  USGS: 1).  max mag. 5.3

*  3  in and/or around each of: ⋅ Costa Rica ⋅ (at least one source site each).

Note:  Neither USGS nor EMSC report fully on both Puerto Rico (PR) and Dominican Republic (DR).  Basically, USGS covers PR, and EMSC covers DR, with some possible overlap in locations and magnitudes.  USGS applies different minimum magnitudes to PR and DR, but not consistently.  I have combined PR and DR together as one region and simply recorded totals that USGS and EMSC report for that whole region, and specifying "occupied" internal locations only as west (DR), middle, and east (PR) sections.  Nearby locations included when they occur are Haiti (with DR) and Virgin Islands (with PR).  Duplicates per time and place often have significantly different reported magnitudes and/or depths.

Comment: USGS's exclusion of magnitudes <4.5 outside of USA fails to reveal groups of 'quakes of increasing significance (e.g, Australia, Mexico).  Note that that criterion is not applied consistently everywhere.
--------------

From USGS (USA all 'quakes, separate data capture, 24 hours ending 10AM EDT 23/Sep/19):

* 162 'quakes of all magnitudes in California, Nevada, and nearby offshore Mexico (max mag. 3.4).
* 30 'quakes of all magnitudes in Alaska (max mag. 2.4).
* 12 'quakes of all magnitudes in Puerto Rico extended region (max mag. 3.3).
* 6 'quakes of all magnitudes in Oklahoma (max mag. 3.0).
* 6 'quakes of all magnitudes in Hawaii (max mag. 2.3).

* 1 or 2 'quakes of any magnitudes in Washington, Idaho, NW Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, and Virginia.

* 1 'quake of all magnitudes in Yellowstone Park (NW Wyoming plus strips of Montana and Idaho) (mag. 1.6).

[IMAGE Sep23-2019_all_quakes_USA_24hrs_ending_10AM-EDT-Sep23-2019.JPG]
Note: Quarry blasts and explosions are shown on the map but not included in the 'quake totals above.
----------------------------

From EMSC (three separate data captures):
*  46 earthquakes of magnitude >1.9 in last 24 hours in Euro-Med region, according to http://www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/Map/zoom.php?key=1&typ=world#2 (approx. 4 only in Greece, and 11 in Turkey).

Ditrianum has expressed concerns for the first week or so in October:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wn6cIJ1k4jw

Upcoming alignments:

Uranus-Moon-Earth: Yesterday, October 1

Sun-Mercury-Jupiter: October 7

Uranus-Earth-Mercury: October 7

He feels that significant seismicity coult result through October 10.
