USGS and EMSC do not agree. Reporting data from both.
Earthquake totals in last 24 hours (ending 10AM EDT) according to:

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/
63 'quakes of magnitude >2.4 ⋅ Total mags = 224.6 ⋅ Avg mag = 3.56 ⋅ (*)

http://www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/?filter=yes
172 'quakes of magnitude >2.4 ⋅ Total mags = 594.9 ⋅ Avg mag = 3.46

(*) Magnitude >2.4 in USA, and >4.4 elsewhere (>2.4 worldwide not available).  Note: that criterion is not applied consistently everywhere; smaller 'quakes are included in some regions sometimes, and sometimes 'quakes with mag. >4.4 per EMSC are absent per USGS.

USGS has 17 'quakes of mag. >4.4, and EMSC has 20.

World earthquakes map.  Magnitudes ≥3.0.  24 hours ending 9:58 AM EDT 26/Jun/20.

[IMAGE Jun26-2020_world_earthquakes_min-mag-3_24-hrs_09-58-AM-EDT_Jun26-2020.JPG]
Count: 147 'quakes.  (Note: EMSC has 60 'quakes of magnitude <3.0.  147+60 =207)
This site compiles data from more sources than only EMSC and USGS.
-----------------------------------

Three strongest 'quakes from either site:
* Mag. 6.4  in west mid-south China (USGS.  EMSC: 6.3).
* Mag. 5.4  off the north-most coast of Philippines (both sites).
* Mag. 5.3  in south central South Atlantic Ocean, opp. tip of So. America (both sites).

Largest groups of multiple 'quakes from either site (short list: counts > 9 approx.):
*  30  in southern Mexico;  max mag. 4.3 twice (EMSC.  USGS: 0).
*  21  in Indonesia;  max mag. 4.7 (EMSC. USGS: 1).
*  18  in California USA and nearby in Nevada;  max mag. 3.3 in California (USGS.  EMSC: 16).
*  11  in Puerto Rico;  max mag. 3.1 (EMSC.  USGS: 10).
*  11  in Greece region;  max mag. 4.2 (EMSC.  USGS: 1).
*  10  in Turkey;  max mag. 5.2 (EMSC.  USGS: 1).

Notes:
* The max mag. for each line can be from the site with the least number of 'quakes.
* Different sites may have the same number of 'quakes in a region but not the same ones or the same max mag.
* All source sites have a variable processing delay of perhaps from 2 to 20 minutes, normally.
* The facilities available allow for recovery today of 'quakes lost in processing delay at cut-off time yesterday for EMSC but not for other sites.  That accounts for some cases of EMSC having one more 'quake than USGS does in a region.
======================================

From USGS (USA all 'quakes, separate data capture, 24 hours ending 10AM EDT 26/Jun/20):

* 183 'quakes of all magnitudes in California (max mag. 3.3).
* 111 'quakes of all magnitudes in Nevada (max mag. 2.6).
* 54 'quakes of all magnitudes in Alaska (max mag. 3.3).
* 17 'quakes of all magnitudes in Puerto Rico (max mag. 3.0).
* 14 'quakes of all magnitudes in Hawaii (max mag. 2.2).
* 8 'quakes of all magnitudes in Utah (max mag. 2.0).
* 7 'quakes of all magnitudes in Oklahoma (max mag. 3.1).
* 6 'quakes of all magnitudes in Idaho (max mag. 2.8).

* 1 or 2 'quakes of any magnitudes in: Oregon, NW Wyoming, and Alabama (max mag. 2.9 in AL).

> 1 'quake of all magnitudes in Yellowstone Park (NW Wyoming plus strips of Montana and Idaho) (mag. 0.8).

[IMAGE Jun26-2020_all_quakes_USA_24hrs_ending_10AM-EDT-Jun26-2020.JPG]
Note: Quarry blasts and explosions, if any, are shown on the map but not included in the 'quake counts above.
> Explosions: Washington 1.
----------------------------

From EMSC (two separate data captures; 'quake counts are not necessarily consistent):
* 65 earthquakes of magnitude >1.9 in last 24 hours in Euro-Med region, according to http://www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/Map/zoom.php?key=1&typ=world#2

[IMAGE Jun26-2020_quakes_min-mag-2_Iberia_to_Iran_per_EMSC_24-Hrs_Jun26-2020.jpg] has 58 'quakes.

Notes:
* The max mag. for each line can be from the site with the least number of 'quakes.

======================================

From USGS (USA all 'quakes, separate data capture, 24 hours ending 10AM EDT 1/Jul/20):

* 117 'quakes of all magnitudes in California and nearby in Mexico (max mag. 3.3).
* 96 'quakes of all magnitudes in Nevada (max mag. 3.2).
