Self-care during the Coronavirus epidemic:
« on: January 24, 2020, 05:11:53 AM »
This topic has been moved from the Daily Headlines thread to a new location:

*  January 23, 2020  NOON UPDATE: Chinese Government Lock Down in Wuhan, Huanggang and Ezhou Trying to Contain Fast-Spreading New Wuhan Coronavirus.

We all need to be on our guard about this, as it arrived in the U.S. via Washington State earlier this week.  Some reports are equating this virus with the global post-WWI Spanish flu epidemic which spread from 1918 - 1920 due to the fact that the present death rate is roughly double that of conventional flu.

We may be able to raise our defenses by:

(1) self-isolation

(2) vigorous and frequent handwashing

(3) alcohol-based hand sanitizer

(4) colloidal silver (including in the eyes) (compare w. nano-silver)

(5) optimal nutrition

(6) getting extra sleep

(7) supplementing with a multi-vitamin with trace minerals, high proteolytic enzymes, probiotics numbered in the tens of billions, B-100 + choline/lecithin, lysine for white blood cell production, a gram of C in ascorbate form, D @ a minimum of 4,000 units daily.  B-100 + C + lecithin should be taken at the first sign of a sore throat or mouth sores, and then continuously if needed until the sores disappear

(8 ) nutrients for a more restorative sleep, such as magnesium to bowel tolerance combined with calcium, 3 mg melatonin, and a gram or more of lecithin / choline

(9) elderberry wine at dinner

(10) keeping hands away from face

(11) using live plants indoors during winter to purify the air

(12) keeping a simmering pot with herbs and spices while home to babysit it (but don't inhale from a Neti pot unless using sterile water)

(13) not allowing the body to become chilled - keep clean socks on, wear gloves/hat/scarf/closed coat outdoors

(14) decreasing sugar in the diet

(15) homeopathic flu remedy Oscillococcinum taken round the clock until symptoms subside, if any sign of an oncoming cold or flu

(16) anti-inflammatory supplements or OTC NSAIDS taken at the very earliest signs of illness

(17) orgone energy (now vetted by a PA university study); see posts by Jim

(18) low-Hz square wave frequency generator

(19) Rife instrument or equivalent

(20) gentle detox (non-Herxheimer-promoting) such as periodic activated charcoal to flush toxins  / parasites / pathogens

(21) a pinch of boron in water to eliminate (engineered?) bacteriophage viruses that infect via hijacking the body's own microbiome (probably when it's out of balance)

(22) juicing

Other ideas?

Excellent list, and one thing I'd add would be just before bedtime: bring to boil a small saucepan of water, and immediately after boiling, and removing from heat, stir in freshly diced garlic pieces, then sit with head over the open pan of "garlic water" and with a towel draped over head, while breathing in the garlic vapors.  It has been scientifically proven that garlic vapors (fresh) when inhaled into the lungs, actually are toxic to viruses, and possibly other microorganisms down in the lungs.

That protocol is one of the things on my "MUST DO" list when a respiratory ailment appears.

Also, another is that some essential oils are very potent anti-microbials, oregano ess. oil, being one.  There are others, but that one comes to mind because I also use that in my "Respiratory protocol must do" list.  This stuff is so potent that even 1-2 drops in a large spoon of honey will still let you know you're alive!  Potent stuff.

Here's a NIH study that examines several difficult viruses for their responses to phytochemicals in plants:

Will focus upon the study's comments on coronavirus for now:

Quote
We have previously reported that saikosaponins (A, B2, C, and D), which are naturally occurring triterpene glycosides isolated from medicinal plants... exert antiviral activity against HCoV-22E9.[14] Upon co-challenge with the virus, these natural compounds effectively prevent the early stage of HCoV-22E9 infection, including viral attachment and penetration.

The study lists some relatively unknown examples of saponin/triterpene-containing plants, but I'm listing more commonly known ones here, as the study did not state that only its few obscure examples in this category were effective.  More readily available examples in that category, per PFAF, include:

Neem

Soapwort

Bracken (roots and young fronds)

Horse Chestnut

Yucca, especially  Y. baccata, Y. filamentosa, Y. glauca, Y. gloriosa and Y. whipplei.

Mock Orange

Tea Tree

Tartarian Aster

Bellflower

Shea Butter Tree ("consisting of 60 - 70% triterpene alcohols")

Cassia

English Ivy

Jujube

Panax Ginseng

Siberian Ginseng / Aralia / Spikenard

Redbud

Alfalfa

Pokeberry

Buffalo Berry

Quinoa

Good King Henry

Lamb's Quarters

Fenugreek

Tung Tree Nut

Snowberry

Chickweed

Hops

Honeysuckle

Mexican Tea

Grape Hyacinth

Campion (several spp.)

Fringed Pinks

Tree Spinach

Bottlebrush Buckeye

Honey Locust

Wolfberry (Goji)

Note that the bitter water remaining after soaking some of the plants listed above would likely hold the active compound, but can cause stomach upset if taken in large amounts (though saponins mostly pass through the body unabsorbed).

Non-saponin plants that the study found effective vs. coronavirus:

Spider Lily

Sweet Annie Artemisia (the annual version, but perennial Wormwood might be an alternative)

Spicebush

Nutmeg

Other triterpene sources listed in The Complete Book of Enzyme Therapy not mentioned above include:

Licorice root extract (Not DGL, it would likely need the glycyrrhizin intact)
(Caution: https://www.livestrong.com/article/471718-is-licorice-candy-good-for-you/ )

Citrus fruits

Reishi mushrooms

Gotu Kola

Soy

Disclaimer: Town Hall does not offer medical advice.  This post is presented in the public interest based upon readily available information, as noted above.

Here's a comprehensive list of known unique phytochemical constituents of Wormwood, from the old Dr. Duke's Phytochemical and Ethnobotanical Databases, which was later conserved by the USDA.  It is too extensively annotated to include the references, which are posted on every line in the original, but those can be sourced @ the link:

Marfoogle News hosted seasoned medical professional Prepper Nurse One, inviting him both to share opinions as to what it taking place politically with regard to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, as well as give specific advice appropriate to this unusual situation in which we are receiving audio-visual information from the Chinese grassroots level that is at odds with what is being officially disseminated:

Among PN1's pieces of advice, partially based upon his experience in the military: If you intend to go in public with a gas mask for protection, remember two things:

1. Have two masks available at all times, as the first mask will only filter the air for 5-6 hours

2. The mask is not properly on until you draw the first breath and suck it in place on your face

Sarah Westall interviews 30-year bioacoustics healer Sharry Edwards, who practices discovering the frequencies of germs in order to address them using instruments such as Rife, Spooky, etc.  Edwards says she and her colleagues have discovered something very unusual about the Novel Coronavirus' frequency signature that never occurs in nature, confirming that it is man-made:

The viral protein and the viral genome are playing clashing musical notes on a sub-atomic level (she terms it the "magnetic level"), and in fact they are playing A and A# together simultaneously, otherwise known as the 2nds and 7ths which were mentioned in a previous post.

Those who are familiar with music theory will recall that those two intervals on the 8-note scale  - both of which are just a half-step apart from another note on the scale - are never supposed to be played together musically unless just briefly to create harmonic tension which is then released immediately in the next measure, or otherwise the piece would be too uncomfortable to listen to.  It would produce a similar sensation to fingernails on the chalkboard, described by the musical term "dissonance."

In fact, Wikipedia explains that the human brain reacts so negatively to such frequency clashes that there is a recognizable EEG pattern called the p300/p3b wave in which the physiological response to the tonal irritation has actually been defined in the medical literature.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consonance_and_dissonance

Edwards stated that the abnormal existing frequencies of Novel Coronavirus are 158.4 and 79.2 created on an odd 224 cps scale, according to her own research, and that they prevent the master anti-oxidant glutathione from functioning in the body.  Rather than prescribing a glutathione supplement, which is instantly disabled by the virus, her lab has discovered that they can play the musical frequency for glutathione at a higher octave than the virus is able to reach, thus circumventing both the virus and the nefarious designer of it.

Quote
Someone has designed this virus in such a way that it's own antidote causes problems.  This is too perfect a set of numbers to be anything natural.

She continues by explaining that in clinical trials studying vocal patterns of people who have been the victims of a military-grade sound cannon, it became evident that the brain creates a self-healing response to the auditory abuse which reveals the frequency antidote to whatever sound assaulted it.  This information is detectable without EEG by use of voice pattern analysis, which can also be used to detect NCV infection.

Edwards' group originally set out to utilize frequencies as preventive medicine, but frequency antidotes are becoming in greater demand by the medical field and others (even the Mayo Clinic is using them now).  A team of professional musicians has created a sound file to be released to the public to combat Novel Coronavirus, and the file is now ready for download here:

The public is urged to spread the file broadly, especially anyone who has a truck-mounted speaker that can be used to help others who may be sick in the community.  The music can do no harm and its use does not violate medical ethics, which permit untested harmless measures to be used in extreme circumstances.  In fact one of the things created by the codes is the phytochemical Quercetin.

For those who have a frequency machine at home or are comfortable with using an online tone generator, the frequency codes discovered in Edwards' lab are as follows:

Avoid playing these frequencies alone:
A or A#

Note: This means that healers who use tuning forks should also avoid the A and A# either alone or together.

Avoid playing these frequencies together:
A and A#, A# and G#, B and G

Every other note may be played together.

To shatter the gene of Novel Coronavirus:

158.63 + 178.06

To shatter the protein capsid:

149.512 + 167.808

The video can be right-clicked on and looped continuously as well, but one rule of frequency medicine is to allow breaks in-between sessions so that the body can cleanse itself of what was just killed during each therapeutic set.

It might be a good idea to repost Jim's link periodically on the boards to remind us to use it, and to help newcomers to the boards as well.

Here's another way to explain musical frequencies that are harmful:
